QUOTE(shahada @ Oct 3 2010, 08:46 PM) My office is on a BIZ20 + 5 Fixed IPs. It's just like any other fixed IP package, you can point as many DNS domains to your IP as you like. DNS is pretty much independent of your ISP. I believe they also have 1 new domain registration under the package as well, we didn't need it (already have our domains) but seems they can't proceed without it, and insisted we pick a name. I was tempted to ask them to register "UnifiSucks.com", but then thought the better of it. 8-) Nice one tqvm for the information :-) 5 fix ips is already a lot

I believe that many files downloaded by UniFi especially .rar are being corrupted unless u use a third party server

Totally agreed on this very lousy router
Just ordered Mikrotik from my networking distro ( I think if u guys want also can give good pricing ) This is Biz5 Ip range same like my 4 Mbps speed max around up to 650 kB/sec via my tflux servers in europe Added on October 9, 2010, 7:03 amScrap IPTV not really watching it since u have HD content at ur finger tips and Astro Beyond Added on October 9, 2010, 7:03 amForgot to mention that Biz packages have no fair usage policy live it to the max . Will consider Biz10 This post has been edited by MX510: Oct 9 2010, 07:05 AM

QUOTE(billytong @ Oct 9 2010, 09:24 AM) The home package is on 110 IP range. I am guessing they putting this on along with the traffic shaping device that they going to implement later. As for the 175 sharing same IP range with streamyx 4mbps. Does it shape/throttle specific type traffic? mkv, pps, p2p like what happened streamyx? No throttling at all everything can get full speed tested already :-)

QUOTE(yongkailoon @ Oct 17 2010, 11:11 PM) Haven't really been following UniFi updates for a while but few days back, saw them deploying the cables right in front of my house so I guess it is just a matter of months left before it is officially available at my area. Now, what I would need to seek clarification for are: 1) Home users can also apply for BIZ package right? 2) They offer some free web hosting thing with domain for BIZ, I don't have any in mind. How? 3) I need a fax. Will my existing fax (currently using copper) be able to work with UniFi? 1) Yes my friend already using it biz5 2) Yes free webhost n domain for biz . U have to choose one 3) Fax should work as long they are phone lines ( Not sure )

QUOTE(blindbox @ Oct 21 2010, 10:33 AM) One month ago near my house, I saw at this exact spot, there's no TM box. There seem to be only a stand to put the box on, and two holes to put cables in. Then suddenly there's a TM box there last week. Woohoo, it has reached Keramat Too bad, I'm still a no-income person. EDIT: Is the bandwidth cap still disabled? Anyone here using Biz5 package? Same goes here i definitely will go for Biz5 scrap VIP packages

QUOTE(Acrisius @ Oct 24 2010, 12:59 AM) I meant 110.159.128.0/18 where equivalent to 110.159.128.X -> 110.159.191.X Another way to identify Unifi IPs is through resolve domain. All Unifi IPs carrying this resolve domain X.X.159.110.tm-hsbb.tm.net.my Almost similar when u traceroute i goes into differrent routing before it goes to international network

TM Contractor guy is handling over and final testing the UniFi at my apartment Definite will use Biz5 as startup :-) RM 199 per month should be okay for unlimited usage and no fair usage policy . Screw iptv watching Astro Beyond much more better The box
The testing BTU with battery small to power it to test link from the box to modem
Getting reading for loss signal below 25 is good
