im getting that error too since past 2 days.. my iptv comes on for awhile and then goes off with that same error no. for long time..

My iptv has finally been fixed after close to 2 days. Turned it on just now and got an update notification, after that it just works.

Tried that many times with no luck. Fuqn TM.

Mine was better then you... Mine drop to around 3Mbps... Don't know what happen to Unifi...

Did you guys ever complain to TM about this?

TM's wonderful support ticketing system doesn't seem to work. After succesfully creating a ticket and getting a confirmation, the ticket just disappears and can't be found.
Guess have to call them and buat bising ledi.

I had the same prob as u. It comes on for a while and then that stupid 102004 error comes out. no iptv for 3 days alrdy! cust care promised to send technician on monday.. Now i have a weekend without tv wtf.

I just got my Unifi and just wondering if I use the ZTE as modem/router, any disadvantages in doing this ? will it slow or having NAT problems ?
