Maybe TM UniFi forget to switch you over to the 10Mbps allotment

Could you tell me which phone number did you call to register for this promotion? Is it 1800821123? Or did you walk in?

Because I just called , and customer service Lizi told me that we cannot register this over the phone only by walk in.
Then I asked her about subscribing online, and I even told her that I tried that last week however she told me their website never received my application because that just happens. So I asked her is she telling me that Maxis website is useless and she said "Yes that's the case or we just don't receive your submission"

I remember reading the part which TM needs to activate the 10Mbps from their end from one of the LYN user's installation experience.

Need to check if there's an ending date for this promotion? Need to know as I will need to cancel my shitmix before I apply for this.

Just finish installation for Maxis FTTH 10mbps
Bigger modem and bigger router, wireless without aerial....
And best of all.....RM118/month compare to Unifi VIP10 which cost RM199/month....savings of RM81/month

I am very keen to Fibre broadband and I heard Unifi will be available in my area (Johore Bahru) within the next few months.  Hope Maxis can come in earlier with the same or better promotion packages...

I got call from Maxis today after their CS tells me they never receive my application online.
I was told I can't have this Home Fibre internet because I'm staying at Level 4. The coverage for my block only till Level 3 

Same for Maxis, its a back end setting. Just a few clicks on the mouse? :-)

Maxis called me just now. They said will email me the form and need photocopy of ic to proceed. I just registed online last monday. Superfast!!

never have intention wanna pay for unifi, i'm not a hardcore user, just currently paying 1MB - RM110 why not add another 8 buck for 10x faster.

great to hear feedback from u that the installation for a highrise took u only 30 minutes, the installer says my apartment need to spare a 4 hours installation time for this week on mine. im hope can be done in 30 minutes.

BTW, did maxis call u for any phone no selection? I called the helpline to check, found out the number given, too bad, no one called me for selection, now waiting someone more maxis to call for other no selection but need to pay rm25. i rather pay than having a no a lot digit 4.

RM110 is for BB and phone package.
no rental +free call to TM fixed line.

For me they given me quite nice number 3 double digit

i got XX4444XX  but the last 3 digit following my hp no. I think this is the way how maxis select.

or maybe u previously are using UNIFI too, so the process to pull the fiber optic to ur unit is not required?
