Turns out my specific house doesn't have coverage, but my neighbors house has it. Can I ask to get covered? And who should I ask?

I guess they just rent out the line and get some payment from maxis ?

I checked the unifi site, and it said that my house is covered. wtf? If I'm covered by unifi doesn't mean I can sign up for the maxis plan too? Don't they use the same wires?

I went to a maxis center and they said that my house wasn't covered. maxis site also doesn't list my address(but has my neighbors). but on unifi site, my address is there.

just installed my home fibre yesterday... got huawei modem from unifi and thompson wireless from maxis.. below is my speedtest using my handphone..

may i know how can we get free minute on maxis postpaid? is it automatically link to my postpaid number or need to register it? tq.

Don't switch..... else call all your friends on their Maxis mobile or "tempt" them to MNP to Maxis

is there a way to track our internet usage, i mean total incoming and outgoing internet usage ? does the device that come with the maxis home fibre service has the built in counter ?

Hi, my place is covered by unifi but i wan apply for the installation in Malim Jaya,Melaka. Unfortunely none of maxis center can comfirm MAXIS able to start installation at Melaka.

The is no such thing as MNP TM fixed lines. To evaluate the actual cost savings of rm30 between unifi and maxis home fiber more precisely,  one have to relook at his past TM homeline bill for free calls made to TM fixed lines nationwide. As we're all aware that 99% of all fixed lines nationwide are from TM. Switching over to non TM fixed line would means you have to pay for calling a non individual like offices, banks, government, non toll free helpline line maybank2u 1300886688 etc etc.

My idea was
1. call them on their Maxis Mobile
2. If they are not on Maxis Mobile, MNP their mobile to Maxis lah... of course I know fixed line cannot MNP (Mobile Number Portability)

Yes. If you are maxis mobile customer then you are entitle get 150 minute mobile calling.

1. I am only 1 year through to my VIP10 UNIFI FTTH.
2. I want this as it is cheaper than VIP10 (and also unlimited)
