QUOTE(codenamew @ Sep 8 2010, 05:22 PM) yeah. it should be stressing my gpu out to 100% but i dont know why. it will go up n down. perhaps its not stable. anyway, i'm interested to know about the data sheet on gtx460 regarding the vddc You didn't do anything while OCCT is running right? It is possible you were doing something on your rig while stress with OCCT? So far I haven't come across any specs/data sheet yet.....

» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « This is mine. BTW Owikh, what is your single GTX 480 3D Mark Vantage (P) Score? Anyway is there any standard to compare? I mean like disable feature test or tick disable PPU? I believe we all need a guideline when showing a 3D Mark Vantage score, for me I didn't tick/untick anything for now. Just simply choose perfomance mode and go.

Haha apparently that's the temp, that is why I dont bother furmark it, at default clock, furmark already reach 103'c. I dont know why it is so hot. Same goes to my CPU, my room temp is around 30'c I guess I need an aircond I tested the OC setting on BFBC2, not much FPS gain maybe there is none at all? I guess my OC is only obvious in synthetic benchmark. This post has been edited by Vigilant: Sep 16 2010, 06:19 PM

Look at all my stars!!

theres a lot of gain in overclocking gtx480 in BFBC2...
gtx480 at 900 core vantage is around 23k in gpu score in performance
what i think we are astonish are ure temp is thats at default voltage
i ran furmark on a gtx480 at default voltage only reaches 85 C on the latest bios.

If overclocked 460 can reach such score, no one would get 480. Ppl rather getting 460 & overclock to gain performance as 480..
