Then now start have to start to hunt property for Bukit Jalil and rent it out and wait for malton announce price will sure gone up later. But how about the access from Puncak Jalil ? Last time heard about the road will direct link to malton project is it true?

interesting topic..

its funny how ppl are bashing the project like its doomed.

so many malls without direct LRT access still can succeed. So many malls traffic jam kawkaw still can succeed. It depends how the developer markets it. If major brands comes in, and with cinema, cheras folks will definitely go there for shopping instead of jamming in LDP or city centre la.

900 psf a big steep though. but will still sell out -.-

Lol cos ppl don't have confidence in HH. The comp is pretty much screwed due to it's poor management and cash flow...better not to place expectations too high notworthy.gif

HH is the landowner and Malton is the developer. HH won't bear any costs except for the land.

I think so. the road from puncak jalil is important for the developer since it's access for people from equine, putra permai, puncak jalil to the mall. even a short cut for those from putrajaya. How many household from those area?

Malton is expected to price their 5-storey shoplot for 6-7 mil.
Can buy strata grd & 1st floor (2 floors) only

Can't remember exactly, but I was at the launch, I think 2.2 mil
WZR launched SD and shoplot together, I think SD project was cancelled already, change to condo. The response was bad due to high tension cable

access of WZR shops very bad, doesn't look good to me.
hohup side is more promising.

I was one of them thinking abt this strategy. However IMHO I think the earth is a diff animal and cant compare to this side of bj. It is not located in the Center of gravity despite fronting highway.

If what is said is true, the pricing by malton is really steep, 4m for 2 floors require abt rm20k rent to breakeven. Is this pricing higher or comparable to Arcadia @ desa park city? !?!

If u wait for the oug project, don't be too optimistic abt it. I heard the project will only commence much later and chances or u getting a ground floor unit is slim because they are known to keep many units for bosses n related ppl. Unless ur cable is really big, those contractors working for them also got problem of securing one. Also it is in oug where banks already have presence at older area ie citrus park and this place is very close to Sri petaling where the commercial area is ahead of them.
