Then now start have to start to hunt property for Bukit Jalil and rent it out and wait for malton announce price will sure gone up later. But how about the access from Puncak Jalil ? Last time heard about the road will direct link to malton project is it true?
*
I think so. the road from puncak jalil is important for the developer since it's access for people from equine, putra permai, puncak jalil to the mall. even a short cut for those from putrajaya. How many household from those area?

I think around 15-20 yrs. same like Mid Valley
This project impact has not taken effect on the property price yet (vicinity)
*
15-20years mean fully completed project right? hopefully at least the shopping mall can operate much earlier,3-4 years from now. or else, too old to go shopping already. biggrin.gif biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

But SOVO can use as residential purpose meh? I understand cannot woh ...  rclxub.gif

If can, then fast2 buy and sewa to medical professionals. I have 1 unit behind HUKM, oso sewa to HUKM drs, rental yield is good!  rclxms.gif

don't lah. my wife is currently gov doctor. get peanut from the government. surely not going to pay huge rental for small size condo.

hukm is gov related hospital (not sure fully gov or semi gov), young doc earn peanut.

if using the condo as homestay for patient's family, sound more reasonable. but then, those send their family to hukm mostly middle to lower income group. have to take into consideration.

In my own perspective, public transport is not important for a mall to success, rather than getting young market segment. However, parking space do. People who shop in mall sure will drive their car. I'm not going to carry so many bag and facing all the hassle with public transport.

Please make sure this Jalil mall has a lot of car park. That will be very significant attraction, IMHO.

why not important having public transport?

the amount of people in and out from the KTM station is just...MANY
many youngsters prefer to take public transportation (before they have driving licence) and they spend quite a lot in shopping malls (free money from parents). not many have the privilege of parents send them to shopping and pick them up again later. so connectivity is also a factor.

I did mentioned public transport help to cater youngster. But how often you saw youngster carry stuff they bought there?

I do stop at midvalley from my office in KL sentral, to watch movie and having some entertainment there. But I prefer to go to 1U to shop. Great food also midvalley can't offer me.
