good luck to those buyers. I rather pay extra once the property is completed than paying now and having sleepless night worrying if I will ever get my property at the end of the day. Ho Hup is like a tickling timebomb company that can explode and burn your money in second.

Not Ho Hup, is Magna Prima. Be prepare to pay 1.3 mil at least to own one when completed. ....those investors are nor stupid, now you say wow, 2 years down the road you & me will say wow wow wow!! shakehead.gif

Wow.....Is it the land which bought by magna prima with 19m from Ho Hup. I think this transaction still in court case. The new management team claimed that is "illegal" transaction laugh.gif . But anyway the acquire of land was announced successfully done on August last year.

"Those investors are not stupid"....definitely their r not stupid.....Is u know magna prima team very well.....u should know the people behind.

If this project really develop by Magna prima, i think their internal people will be taked all and goreng in the market. As u said will be wow lala... icon_idea.gif

wow... too late to buy now sad.gif I never thot to visit this part of the forum darn it... i wont want to buy the property at too high an inflated 2nd hand price like Sri Petaling, those house prices are crazy. I do agree with some bros earlier that this development isnt that big and may not trigger value increase fast unless the areas around it develop too. I dont see any hyper market or big supermarkets nearby which are commonly triggers for value enhancement. Still, the location is very good though.

Magna Prima has the potential to become great, she own a few pieces of beautiful land in KV, I am watching if it could be another Mah Sing

Any jalan to get one unit? hmm.gif Do you think the new lai meng school would have positive impact on the property price in BJ? Hopefully the Jalil city would be able to launched this year because BJ is really lack of commercial area.... sad.gif

Agent sell at 1.05 ~ 1.15m now, u can call them to book it...if u really like it.

Throughout my experience in RE, just to share my 2 ruppiah knowledge on property appreciation, there are 13 key factors which will inject value to propery..

Location – “Accessibility” - “KLCC / Airport / Transport Terminal Sentral / Amenities” / Harbour
Freehold
Location – “Status + High Class” - DPC, MK, Sierramas etc
High Land
CBD
Developer
Concept - Club house, linear garden, lakeside view etc
House - Facade, layout and featues (double ceiling, infinity pool, high ceiling, flat roof, clay roof tiles, 50ft wide road etc)

Chinese Primary School

Due to the incomplete of our educational system, Chinese school is a "scarce" resources in KV, as we all know, Chinese schools are exceptionally limited while the Chinese population in urban area has gone up rapidly in recent years, 50% of Puchong 7 yrs children have to be enrolled into PJ schools, Lai Meng is not an ordinary school, I would say if not No. 1, the richest school (PIBG) in the country, if not mistaken, the new school built by Magna Prima has a swimming pool and facilities are tip top. dont have an exact figure. but if you go to sri petaling carrefour, at least half are chinese.
and the amount of foreigner students are not little too...
