good luck to those buyers. I rather pay extra once the property is completed than paying now and having sleepless night worrying if I will ever get my property at the end of the day. Ho Hup is like a tickling timebomb company that can explode and burn your money in second.

Personally I think location is great as located beside Kesas which could attract BJ, OUG, Puchong, Subang, Sri Petaling which is densed in population. Also with the LRT completion will pull another crowds to this area. If managed well, I can't see why they can't make it and the one to make it fail is the developer and management itself.

In fact there's another project along Kesas which is Empire Remix. When all these projects completed (WCT, Jalil City, ER), Kesas will become a new Federal Highway laugh.gif

In an unrelated news, I understand that the Hailam Kopitiam at "The Link" owner was offered RM9M for the shop but he rejected the offer.

If this news is true, the owner must be damn silly rejecting such prices.

Nothing spectacular with the shop as the size is typical average buildup but it's the corner unit and the exposure that makes it visible from the mainroad to fetch such crazy and unimaginative price yet owner still holding on and thought it could become a diamond one day.

Just wonder how both the malls fared against MV later on as looking at the scale development both claims to be having at least size of MV or even bigger. Feel a bit excited with the future at this areas when everythng is completed.

Any reason for that? It could easily attract crowds from BJ, Puchong, Sri Petaling, OUG, Kuchai and along the MRR2 which is densed areas so location wise I see no reason for failure.

Bj is resindential areas with mix income. Not tourist areas/ commercial/ Transport huge areas like Mid Valley/ Bukit Bintang.

But big price tag means big rent? Who told you that? Location is the one determine the rental value. Paying rental per sft in bkt bintang does not reflect the same rental rate in BJ. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Friend, you must be under-estimate BJ folks. You should study the properties prices for new launching and the take-up rate which is tremendous. Again, Pavillion is a listed REIT company and among 3rd largest REIT company in Bursa and people are spending hundreds of millions for the development and answerable to shareholders if the investment does not work out on their side. Nobody can see if this will a successful one but I believe Pavillion have more worries than us biggrin.gif
