ho hup has the best opportunity to make good money due to its large bank of land.

unfortunately, too much chinaman management.

Low density ? With so many high rise condos within a small area coming up, how can it be considered low density ?

If all double storey house, then it is low dense lah.

Even now, during peak hours, it is bumper to bumper car, i cannot imagine when the condos are completed and lrt is completed the traffic situation will be nightmare ! shakehead.gif

True, so it doesn't matter whether it is low density as most cars are from puchong.


Is it confirm that jaya jusco and not tesco is taking over bukit jalil hypermarket ?

UFO, what do u mean by double consent ?

I thought a bumi unit cannot be sold to non-bumi ?

Has any non-bumi ever buy a bumi unit in Bukit Jalil ? Last time I went to land office, they say it is not allowed ie. consent cannot be given.

I checked the LRT map, plot 36456 is actually the location of the LRT !

Jaya Jusco should be behind the Bukit Jalil Park facing the Puchong highway,.
