1 boss and few secretaries?
Offices based here easy to find staff too, given so many middle class high rise within 1km. Can walk to work, shop during lunch and dinner, future lifestyle choice

Pros of staying in sovo:
-Can enjoy peaceful swimming session on weekends and evenings, not too many people around.
-Offices (hopefully) can afford to pay maintenance fees timely, better security

Cons:
-People coming in and out of office during working hours. Lift occupied

everything is great about this revo except one part
the EF is really lousy..
only uxb and oxbc all foreign bank and no local major bank and the package damn lousy
technically buyers dont have much choice than being "forced" apply with this lousy one

at this time where all bank is tightening developing need to consider about EF side to support the buy wise
as predicted more will drop due to cant get loan thumbup.gif

REVO is not the first office concept comes with swimming pool
Binjai8, SOHO@klcc are mixed project comes with facilities. Nvr hear my tenant (who use as office) complain abour sharing lift with residents wearing slippars oe swimming suites. And residents also wouldnt mind. Just similarly sharing lift when neightbour in suit just come back from work.
