Ho Hup Construction Co Bhd saw its net profit increase 566% in the third quarter ended Sept 30, 2014 (3QFY14) to RM18.48 million or 6 sen a share, while nine months cumulative earnings gained 388% to RM46.84 million.

Meanwhile, revenue for 3QFY14 came in at RM95.05 million, compared to RM61.59 million previously; while the nine-month figure rose to RM265.99 million, from RM101.52 million.

The company attributed its stellar earnings to the development progress of Parcel A Aurora Place project in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur.

There has yet to be profit recognised from the joint venture development in Bukit Jalil with Malton Bhd’s unit Pioneer Heaven Sdn Bhd, as work in progress has not reached the second stage of progress billing.

The joint development of the 60 acres land is slated to drive Ho Hup’s earnings forward, although not much details have been unveiled on the multi-billion ringgit mixed development.

Big one is only 596-597sf and only 3units per floor N corner unit. Big one should be the one taken fast because cone w two bathroom 🚽

MLMB is boutique developer, unlike the top 10 developer

Malton's progress to build shopping mall. without the shopping mall, the attraction of Sovo isnt there.

Govt to expand the BJ Highway. At its current 4 lanes way.....it just wont as prospered as it deemed to be.

I think Ho Hup will be the contractor to build Rev0 for MLMB

true???
I only knew that MLMB bought the 3-4 storey shoplots from Ho Hup and designed to suit MLMB needs....they intend to turn into car showroom...most probably Volvo qua, same with Volvo Fed Hwy.

Price from 320k to 460k for single toilet and two toilets
It is one of the lowest abs entry and small unit at this area...
Even lower than aurora Sovo for abs entry.
Small unit at bj is rather scarce..

they convert the shoplots to this REVO as there is excess plot ratio from this jalil city. 3 blocks of sovo/office on top of this aurora is rclxms.gif for commie below...

I am contemplating to pull back and buy a unit in Putrajaya or Cyberjaya for ownstay. what say Tai Kor here? Reason is that MRT 2, ERL and High speed Train will be in Putrajaya Sentral
