everything is great about this revo except one part
the EF is really lousy..
only uxb and oxbc all foreign bank and no local major bank and the package damn lousy
technically buyers dont have much choice than being "forced" apply with this lousy one

at this time where all bank is tightening developing need to consider about EF side to support the buy wise
as predicted more will drop due to cant get loan thumbup.gif

REV.O project so far EF only foreign bank which is UOB and OCBC ..
is it a bad indication why so few EF and only foreign bank without local bank?
any view on this? hmm.gif

does it mean this project is high risk and got problem?
