Some experts believe the centre of gravity of greater KL is Kinrara - army camp which is due for new development. If going for landed sub sale I think Bdr Kinrara is a good place to live, golf course, many schools, giant, lrt....

Revo only comes with 4 walls. It will be a competition of Interior Design to attract tenants. I think tenants will have a good time viewing all different units with different designs, many to choose from!

Offices based here easy to find staff too, given so many middle class high rise within 1km. Can walk to work, shop during lunch and dinner, future lifestyle choice

Pros of staying in sovo:
-Can enjoy peaceful swimming session on weekends and evenings, not too many people around.
-Offices (hopefully) can afford to pay maintenance fees timely, better security

Cons:
-People coming in and out of office during working hours. Lift occupied
