I think who buying Kiara condo.....pls re-consider, until the road really clear out.

Now there are 2 conflicting sources regarding the JJ location. But I think the existence of JJ in Jalil City or LRT will be added bonus to that area. The most concerning is the access road from jln 1/155B to Bukit OUG area. It will be weird if the road will not be cleared up till Bukit OUG area and left around 50 metres of trees blocking the Bukit OUG and the LRT station. Anyway investment itself comes with certain degree of risk.

Agreed! so long JJ comes to BJ (regardless the exact location), the property price shoud go up up! it is hard to say about the access road. From my experience, usually there's some money involved when it is purposely delayed. Last time, I applied for minor renovation, the authorities come up with so many excuses to delay the approval.

I believe the new access road will only be opened after the LRT station has been completed which is probably around the same time Kiara, Z projects are completed.
