IF like that, i think all the development beside the Bukit OUG condo can stop work oledi, no more value. The value of the new development definitely not worth 350-450psf, they still use the same access like Bukit OUG Condo/Townhouse go through Taman Tan Yew Lai and reacj jalan puchong.

We just look at the example of puncak jalil as a lesson. The flyover was never build as promised.

Now there are 2 conflicting sources regarding the JJ location. But I think the existence of JJ in Jalil City or LRT will be added bonus to that area. The most concerning is the access road from jln 1/155B to Bukit OUG area.

It will be weird if the road will not be cleared up till Bukit OUG area and left around 50 metres of trees blocking the Bukit OUG and the LRT station. Anyway investment itself comes with certain degree of risk.

Agreed! so long JJ comes to BJ (regardless the exact location), the property price shoud go up up!

it is hard to say about the access road. There are precedents that the road won't open up and left with 50meters e.g jalan 1/155B from BJ to OUG, took them years to open it even though it is completed long long time ago...

From my experience, usually there's some money involved when it is purposely delayed.

Last time, I applied for minor renovation, the authorities come up with so many excuses to delay the approval.

Not to side de developer but investment involved RISK! Whoever cannot take risk better put your money in FD. As simple as ABC. No sure win projects but there are potential projects if one could spot.

i just drive past the location where the new link road into the kiara residence, z residence, etc. developments is supposed to be built... looks like construction has started??? i can even see the road divider...

Congratulation to Bukit OUG condo & Townhouse resident.....u r the first batch ppl to enjoy the road. While Kiara 1 & 2, Z residence and etc ppl needed to wait 4 2-3 years.

No idealah, all the gomen projects lack of transparency, at least we saw something is on now, so far when hoarding is up and work started, they will deliver it. This excess too crucial for Bkt OUG residents

I forsee an increase of demand in this area due to the LRT construction works, the next 3 years will be terrible nightmare for Puchong residents, new house buyers are likely to avoid those jam areas, Sri Petaling / Bkt Jalil will benefit fr this diversion

i saw the LRT plan from a reliable source. The road will be connected from 1/155 to LRT station then to Bukit oug condo. Confirmed!
But i dun see JJ in the plan.....

But do you think they will open the access road to public during the LRT construction period? I believe the new access road will only be opened after the LRT station has been completed which is probably around the same time Kiara, Z projects are completed.
