Kiara residence units mostly BLOCKED by their so called 'purchaser' but is infact are the directors/shareholders/relatives/family/ staff and they are loooking for quick buck. Very soon you'll see ppl start released these 'so call' SOLD units. biggrin.gif

Not to side de developer but investment involved RISK! Whoever cannot take risk better put your money in FD. As simple as ABC. No sure win projects but there are potential projects if one could spot.
