If design and concept is as luxurious as those of Twin Arkz, then worth the price tag given the superior location being closer to mall+park+LRT+shops+chinese school.

Hope Ho Hup can pull it off. Their chance to rebuild reputation!!!!

But this is SOVO right? Basically it's an office with some facilities.

Ho Hup has a plan to build 3-4 blocks of serviced apartments on the parcel that they fully owned.

Sovos was priced from 400k.



The latest info is for the serviced apartments, from RM600k and above, size from 750sf, so it translates to about RM800 psf. Lauching in Q12015. Now open for registration

10 acres = lead by Ho Hup

50 acres = lead by Malton (with Ho Hup holding minority share about 30%).

Which 1 would you guys prefer:

1) Aurora serviced apt - near to Pavilion 2 OR
2) The Link 2 - near to golf course?

The Link 2 is priced at rm700psf rite? Pls correct me if I'm wrong. Thx thx.

sure will choose Aurora...for easily rental n subsale price will be higher...

dun think the commercial at Link 2 will doing well...even ong also will be very chap...cos is not manage by management company... mean while the golf view also will not permenant.... example golf club at Kajang now already convert to residence ---Tropicana Height.... tongue.gif

BTW now Treez and KM1 current subsale already RM700psf even for 1400sf biggies. Kinda justify the pricing to be charged by Malton and Ho Hup.

there r some who would prefer less hectic area, mainly residential units nt directly near those commercial areas.
as for me i prefer those, hence twin arkz smile.gif

no idea, definitely there r ppl who would buy for own stay seeing the potential of this area.
for those buying for investment, renting it out might nt even cover the installment lol

but surrounding area of twin arkz will become very congested during Sunday or event at Calvary church...

somemore...T.A too near to T-junction access road...many cars will drive through...

the more comfort for living i will choose KM 1 or Covillea... tongue.gif
