i think recently Ho Hup has pulled in Malton to co-develop but unfortunately it has now become a legal case as Ho Hup is suing Malton....

Historically Ho Hup was formerly one of our largest construction companies.... back many decades ago... but those days are over!

The Masterplan consist of something like 10-15 blocks... Wowwww...
Anyway there'll be a shopping mall again, rows of shops and boutique offices, a retail center which I believe they trying to get a hypermarket, and all other things. New suburban malls are gonna outdo Paradigm Mall/Setia City Mall... Anchor tenants like Marks & Spencer, GSC/TGV, a supermarket, Harvey Norman/Best Denki, a ZARA or MANGO, a specialty store of either DAISO or MUJI and a gym either Fitness First or Celebrity Fitness or True Fitness.
