btw coolice, if i not mistaken i've seen one comparison between q9450 and q6600.. the q9450 has better cpu score in 3dmark06 but both still in 5xxx region. difference around 100+ only..

neway i'm also waiting for icemocha to share some screenies

no dude that tape job depends on mobo
it tricks the mobo to make 1600 fsb native which ure foxconn aint..

asus p35's and hence forth easier..since their bios has been updated to support 1600fsb

i wouldnt do it if i was u.

or maybe u can just try to run 3dmark06 at q9450 stock speed with ur ram also at default (1066 @ 5-5-5-15)

cause i jz set the proccesor and the ram only
other no set

so u need to set it...all that things for power consumption only...

chill la... the proc is not with me atm... my friend who help me buy the proc is having it atm cuz he also wants one... will get it from him on monday... cuz kinda busy lately...

actually i really want to see how far you can push this proc.

act i've rough idea how far can it go.. just i want to see more direct comparison between q9450 and q6600..

coz i already own a q6700.. so wanna know how big the performance i'll gain if i ever move to this new 45nm quad

how bout q6600, any mod can be done upon it?
