i dont think the new bodies(a230,330,380,390,290) have pop up flash button, it is in the Fn mode rite?? if you set to fill flash it will keep on pop-up the flash.
i think the body didnt detect the flash properly, thats why urs keep popping up. for the older ones like a200,a350 it wont pop up even if you set to fill flash mode on A/S/M mode. only on Auto mode and the other custom presets (macro, etc) it will auto pop-up. or simply change to wireless flash =X |

I wished my dad and my friends were into photograph like you and your siblings Added on August 23, 2010, 10:53 pm QUOTE(kysham @ Aug 23 2010, 05:43 PM) It is not difficult to get these shots. Don't worry, with enough experience, you will know how to do these kind of shots. Thanks for the reply, can't other flashes work? not even the newer f42am? Yes, the F20AM was mounted on the A850 and fired to trigger the two units of F58AM. The Sony's wireless flash triggering system requires a flash (either a built-in flash or a F20AM / F58AM mounted on camera) in order for it to work. It will not work any other ways. just to give you a rough price check comparison... do note that this is an SR5 rating post.
650 U.S. dollars = 2 035.79874 Malaysian ringgits 750 U.S. dollars = 2 348.99854 Malaysian ringgits 850 U.S. dollars = 2 662.19835 Malaysian ringgits this is the RRP.. you do the math when it hits the streets even if you buy it at RRP, and you use 1 year installment, its +/- 200 a month, for a year! ![]() so, what's your move? how do I know my monitor needs calibration? I dont know for some reasons, I am not feeling happy with my monitor which I just bought today, Dell U2711, a 27" monitor ... I was expecting it performs at least closes to Apple monitor but it just looks like normal monitor only .. anyone here using it? .. |

8tvt: Your flash contacts are dirty - clean them with your fingernail. It doesn't know there is a flash (you will see no flash icon) and it pops up!
zstan: No, it is manual focus. Seng_Kiat: Go get a Spyder then. I don't remember which but there is one budget model. Even Apple monitors are not perfectly calibrated as my studio photographer friend notes. Monitors need to be recalibrated every month for optimum color work (though, it won't run much if you don't... but if your work is a critical science of color then you'd do so.) |
