QUOTE(Andy214 @ Jun 21 2011, 05:29 PM) Yea. Optical depends on the lens, which I don't think it's possible for camera phone. there is...Yea, N73; but I think the N series era they start to change? And with the introduction of Xpress Music Edition. Last time Nokia phones has some sort of category right? I also can't remember specifically already 2 series for budget? 3 series for casual? 5 series for sports 6 series for workers (built tough, got one model got the construction hat, haha, and can go underwater up to certain level) 7 series, designer? 8 series, class? 9 series, communicator for business professional Then comes N series and so on, things started to change. Added on June 21, 2011, 5:31 pm Those buy one, some out of tune one, wth? The ringtone composer actually have limitation; I think you there is the speed limitation and tone length limitation; Then I use some software to compose it, then need to buy stupid cable to transfer to the phone and the cable I think is specific to certain phone only. But luckily we can send ringtone on certain models? 3 series for entry level.. 5 series for music.. before music series.. 51 series are lower than than the 3 series.. 6&7 series.. more like business phone... 8 Series high end... 88 series luxury... etc etc.. |

QUOTE(nicholasbeh @ Jun 21 2011, 05:32 PM) 6 series n above all smartphone if i not mistaken.. Yea, but many already jump ship to SE; They refuse to look back already, and very hard to accept or change again. That's why it's very important not to do mistake or recover too late, people will remember it forever even tough things have change, it's hard to people to change back.yeah, they respond a bit slow to SE walkman but N73 N95 speaker is really decent.none of any SE walkman comparable to these 2 devices.after that,i love 5800 due to only 1 point, best speaker ever.hope the upcoming N9 n X7 got equivalent or better than 5800 speaker. I read gsmarena, I think they wrote N91 has one of the best speaker/sound; Can't remember. 5800 another strong point is the price; Back then, it was one of the cheapest smartphones that you can get, plus it has GPS hardware, so can use Garmin. QUOTE(kelvinlym @ Jun 21 2011, 05:33 PM) Haha; Last time easily get excited over small things...e.g. OMG, BLUE LED llights!!! Then... OMG, you got WHITE one... Some purposely go change the model for the blue color... e.g. 3310 --> 3315. Then suddenly... COLOUR SCREEN. WTH? Then more and more colour.... all so fast back then. For normal/monophonic ringtones,... then got "polyphonic", wow! All go crazy Then wav/mp3, those who still use the monophonic or polphonic ringtone will get a funny look from others. That time people easily get excited over small things. Nowadays, you need to do more to get people excited and attention. Nonetheless, we can only share our opinions and point of view. It's up to Nokia to make the move.recover is always not too late.better than never want to improve/recover. QUOTE(Andy214 @ Jun 21 2011, 05:06 PM) Not sure video only or both; In DSLR, continuos focus is focus continuosly changing to focus on subject. Used for fast moving subject. If video only, means it will adjust it's focus continuously (e.g, if based on focus point, it will continuously focus the subject in the focus point; If based on face detection, then it will try to focus by detecting the face; Note: It may not work perfectly) If photo, means, you can lock focus, then as you move your camera, whatever in the focus point will get focus again. Usually use for actions shot where the subject moves and you follow it. But not sure this can be of use for mobile phone camera as it'll need good focusing speed and performance to achieve this. |

QUOTE(hengguowei @ Jun 21 2011, 06:19 PM) In DSLR, continuos focus is focus continuosly changing to focus on subject. Used for fast moving subject. Yea, actually based on focus point, unless you set it to 3D tracking or Face Detection, or whatever your camera brand calls it.For photo, DSLR can achieve it easily because it's AF is fast and the performance is fast, you can spam shutter as well. For digital camera, when you click the shutter key, it take some time to record down the image and process it, etc. In low lights, it's even worst. But I think phone camera/compact camera may not really need it much for stills as the depth of field is much wider, unlike DSLR. |
