Lots of issues caused by the users not creating EXT partition. But yours seems to be fine (I'm on that 512MB, 0 setting but don't think it makes a difference)

Also, try not to choose full system restore in Titanium, restore only the green system items.... I don't know why it happens to you seriously, I'm not having that issue

Thanks, i reflashed 7.1 and the steps was exactly the same as above, but I manage to get 135MB only on internal memory during 1st boot. On A2SD+, I partitioned ext3 to 1024MB but it shows 774MB only. (Using Quick System Info)

Cynox, is it once we have the Amon Ra thingy, when we want to flash new rom, i just need to use the "Wipe" selection(on your Stage 2) then it will Wipe Factory reset, Wipe Cache, Wipe Dalvik ??
Or normally u'll wipe the 3 thing in the recovery mode ? without using the "Wipe" selection ?

I tried formatting my SD again yesterday which has an EXT partition. Apparently, i made a mistake last time saying you can just format like that You cant format and remove the EXT partition.

Tried to follow the way recommended before but apparently, it won't work. You cant just go into Disk Management and remove volume, as there is only 1 volume (If you plug in directly via USB cable). You need to remove your memory card, plug in via card reader, and only then the EXT3 partition will be visible as Unallocated Partition. However, for some reason i could not remove that volume. All i did was to connect it into a Linux machine, and format it. It is still showing 6.9GB after that (from a 8gb card), and only when i plug back into my phone and format the SD from the phone, it shows back 7.5GB with no EXT partition.

Anyone have any easier way to do that?

I was trying to do that via an unrooted way I have an unrooted Desire, with a SD card that have EXT3 partition. So, i couldn't do it via AmonRa.

I've owned a few brands of PDA but once started using HTC, I've sticked with it.
I also remembered how excited I was when using GPS for the 1st time couple of years back.
From WM6.5 to Android is a huge leap. WM6.5 was so damn slow and lagging no matter what ROM you put in.
The excitement surely will wear off. I was a Legend owner 4months back but on seeing Desire I was tempted to sell Legend and get Desire.
When I finally got my Desire, the first thought, 'How long will this last me???' I hope at least 2 years this time!

Yupe, Android games are really a boredom killer! I play it even in the plane to let time fly without me noticing it

how do we remove the partition in the sd ext ?
i've created 512mb partition before and wanted to make it 1gb sd ext using amon ra... previously i'm creating the 512mb by using Rom Manager

Stage 2: Partition you SD Card
1. Enter into Recovery mode. You will see the options below:
- Reboot system Now
- USB-MS toggle
- Backup/restore
- Flash
- Wipe
- Mount
- Partition sdcard
- Other
- Power off
2. Under Partition sdcard, you will see:
- Partition SD
- Repair SD:ext
- SD: ext2 to ext3
- SD: ext3 to ext4
3. Use Partition SD to make the ext2, swap, and the remainder will be auto partitioned to be FAT32.
4. press back to return to step 2, select SD:ext2 to ext3 to upgrade the ext2 you created in step 3 into ext3. Do SD:ext3 to ext4 if you want to upgrade further to ext4. But I only upgrade to ext3 only coz i read somewhere ext4 is not necessary.
5. Reboot system now, it will boot with all the partitions now.

Note: If you want to flash rom, you can use the Wipe function to wipe all ext3 partition, cache, etc clean, but the partition remain intact.

my sd card is 8gb ~
i think making ext to 1gb also sufficient for me ger.. still left 6.8gb++

Installation:

-Enter to recovery, do a Wipe Factory reset, Wipe Cache, Wipe Dalvik, format/wipe partition Ext2, 3 or 4.
-Flash my ROM (If you have already last Radio you only have to install the rom Without Radio, and if not, install With Radio or separately).
-Flash new radio
-Run rom (First time takes some time to run)

3. Install HTC and HBOOT driver.
4. Run reflash.exe as Administrator (DO NOT connect your Desire to computer at the moment).
5. At Unrevoked, File>>Custom Recovery>>Choose recovery-RA-desire-v1.7.0.1-R5 (the Amon_RA file you download in step 2).
6. Connect your Desire (USB debug mode on, etc).
7, The rest is fully automatic.
