Anyone know ADB push here ma?? 

I tried to install an apk using ADB command. I am on AuraxTSense7.1

1st I need to remove the default app so I was entering below:
cd c:\android-sdk-windows\tools
adb remount
adb shell rm -f /system/app/[appname].apk

It gives error "rm failed for -f read-only file system"

Anyone can advise?

wanted to ask.. can u open the corrupted .zip from ur computer ??
cus i always thought that if i double click on the zip and it doesn't come out error... means i have a complete(good) zip

btw, in recovery mode, i shud perform a nandroid backup, then wipe cache,
but i cant find the partition SD

where shud i look for it?

Clear Market data in Settings>Manage Applications.

err see u prefer which method to root oh.. rom manager quite easy to use geh..
i swap 0
if u wanna try amon ra.. u can get up to 1gb sd ext 
i install amon_ra because i want to have the function which can wipe all the required thing before flashing the next ROM...  without amon_ra also can wipe.. just tat i find it easier to wipe using amon_ra 
if u wan partition using amon ra.. u can refer cynox bro post...
he send out some ways to do it

ok, as promised, some basic step by step guide to partition your sd card with Amon_RA.

Stage 1: Get Amon_RA into the Desire
1. Download Unrevoked.  [Link]
2. Download Amon_RA  [Link]
3. Install HTC and HBOOT driver.
4. Run reflash.exe as Administrator (DO NOT connect your Desire to computer at the moment).
5. At Unrevoked, File>>Custom Recovery>>Choose recovery-RA-desire-v1.7.0.1-R5 (the Amon_RA file you download in step 2).
6. Connect your Desire (USB debug mode on, etc).
7, The rest is fully automatic. 

Stage 2: Partition you SD Card
1. Enter into Recovery mode.  You will see the options below:
    - Reboot system Now
    - USB-MS toggle
    - Backup/restore
    - Flash
    - Wipe
    - Mount
    - Partition sdcard
    - Other
    - Power off
2. Under Partition sdcard, you will see:
      - Partition SD
      - Repair SD:ext
      - SD: ext2 to ext3
      - SD: ext3 to ext4
3. Use Partition SD to make the ext2, swap, and the remainder will be auto partitioned to be FAT32.
4. press back to return to step 2, select SD:ext2 to ext3 to upgrade the ext2 you created in step 3 into ext3.  Do SD:ext3 to ext4 if you want to upgrade further to ext4.  But I only upgrade to ext3 only coz i read somewhere ext4 is not necessary.
5. Reboot system now, it will boot with all the partitions now.

Note:  If you want to flash rom, you can use the Wipe function to wipe all ext3 partition, cache, etc clean, but the partition remain intact.

i'm using AuraxTSense v7.6.1 but there seems to be a problem..i cannot edit or add apn.. whenever i change the MCC and MNC it will not save the settings.

Anyone else having this issue?

The weird *clap* sounds is a known issue on Android 2.2

If you can understand cantonese, change ur voice navigation to it. This is the only sounds that does not contain the *clap* sound.

anybody using the 32.47.00.32U_5.10.05.23 radio with AuraxTSense v7.6.1 ROM?

I seem to be facing battery drain using this radio, or could it be the ROM?

Can i dw the official froyo + htc sense updates size 96.24mb if my current phone storage only 78.37mb ?

Did this previously on my Desire but does not show any effects on mine. Or at least, its still draining really fast

Do you encounter any slowness on speed? How does the undervolting on version 7.6 works actually? Under volt the battery and thus slowing down a bit on performace? Similar like the SetCPU concept?
