QUOTE(JimboXE @ Nov 8 2010, 03:13 PM) Unfortunately...no.... Car now in sc....need 1 or 2 days to diagnosed & repair if necessary. if i'm not mistaken, towing should falls under ur insurance company. some give few km free for their policy owner. To confirm on the batteries, after few ignition tries. check ur radio channel. if its get reset, there's no more saved channel...that means your battery kong already.

Getting Started

Just done with my service of 25K mileage outside. Nothing much have been done except changing the engine oil and the oil filter at the cost of RM87.00 Was wondering anyone of you here knows how to check the condition of the disc brake at the rear wheels physically? Mine nowadays is quite loud when stepping during dry and wet condition as well.

I think is just a normal nut that stop ur pedal from travel too far. This post has been edited by coolkwc: Nov 9 2010, 01:19 PM

hey guys/ mod as we all know the stock rear spring is quite soft i was thinking of changing...anyone have feedback on proride suspension? is the coil spring same for both front and rear? and can we use the saga spring or absorber on wira aeroback 1.3?
car is just 2 yrs old..do we change just the coil spring only? any difference in ride? if we just change the back only limited budget..usually labour to change absorber is how much? rm 30? anyone know whats the brand or manufacturer for stock absorber ? is it gas or oil?
or have anyone manage to get it change at SC ? under warranty ? thanks very much

jmq hey guys/ mod as we all know the stock rear spring is quite soft i was thinking of changing...anyone have feedback on proride suspension? -im selling those, i receive good feedbacks. i myself is using lowered sapura springs for BLM.
is the coil spring same for both front and rear? - no front is front, rear is rear. the diameter and coil count is different.
and can we use the saga spring or absorber on wira aeroback 1.3? -the base is different, u canot.
car is just 2 yrs old..do we change just the coil spring only? -depends urself.
any difference in ride? if we just change the back only -yes. rear will be stiffer.
limited budget..usually labour to change absorber is how much? rm 30? anyone know whats the brand or manufacturer for stock absorber ? is it gas or oil? -change absorber rm60. if u just front, u needa alignment it back, that is extra cost. sapura produce standard gas abs for saga BLM. I sold 1 set before.
or have anyone manage to get it change at SC ? under warranty ? -i got friends manage to get FOC replacements, but their rides are stock.
thanks very much
the rear is making noise whenever i pass thru road humps and i have to pass thru many humps which one should i change? spring ? and to make abs last longer any ideas? - basically if u change brands, u keep to the same match of suspension. means if u change sapura's springs, it will be best u use back sapura absorbers for best match and performance. therefore, the lifetime for both item will be the maximum length.
sapura = proride.

Mechanically they're all the same but you know the features for the different trim levels, right? B-Line has no foglamp, driver airbag, electric mirror and alloy rims. I've got the SE version myself and I'm very happy with it. I think the M Line should be good enough for you and most people though, unless you really want the leather seats (more comfy, easier to clean) and stock bodykit (if you're too lazy to fit a custom one yourself, like me). I actually prefer the M Line rims but the SE ones are fine too. It's really up to you, but I think the M Line features are worth paying for, same for the SE version.

Dude, try pressing both buttons on your alarm at the same time. That should fix your problem. It seems you accidentally disabled the alarm sound. This is a feature of the alarm which is silent arm/disarm. Added on November 10, 2010, 10:13 amYou can read further in your manual. This post has been edited by +Newbie+: Nov 10 2010, 10:13 AM
