why too so long for TTDI's director to sign the SPA ? over 2 months since i signed.. what's wrong with them, dont want $$

ya lah, mine also quite fast.. I only purposely delay signing the offer letter coz want it to time perfectly with my budget. plus all the hassle by BNM recently (LTV 70%)

ctlim, try calling TTDI office and ask for Puan Sharifah (sales manager), or Puan Mag (marketing director). I can't remember their post correctly, but anyway, I think they might be able to help. Goodluck.

prepare basic info such as lot no, type etc.

Hi all TTDI ALAM IMPIAN owners,

I'm glad that my loan being approved today for my subsale at TTDI Alam Impian type C! I'm happy also to see this thread is so much active with a lot of warm n kind hearted future neighbors of me. I have follow this thread for quite sometime, and have gather quite a lot of useful information from here too. Hopefully I can get my key soon and can't wait to my lovely new house. Do keep me update if any of u have moving in, or deciding to organize some owners gathering in the future.

Welcome neighbor. My house is also type C so we really might be actual neighbor:) you mentioned your house as subsale. You buy it from the first owner? If so, some transactions has taken place even if some of us still haven't got our keys yet!

Added on February 23, 2011, 9:21 pmI think you only need to pay 400 (disbursement fee) for SPA. For bank lawyer, it's fixed price based on your house price but you can get discount from lawyer depending on the agreement. Normally, it's between 30% to 50%.

Disbursement of spa fee is only 350. MOT by percentage. Loan legal fees 1 to 2 percent of loan amount.

Anyway, for the first time I went to see spira during night. Very down as the street lights all switched off! Maybe when we get the keys they will switch on the lights. They are gonna be in orange color though

I have arranged to meet up a kitchen cabinet maker after I got the keys, probably 1030 or 11am on Friday. if you guys want to book him afterwards, call him at 0192726116 (Azmi). I foudn him on mudah.my. price he gave me is at RM250/ft solid nyatoh wood. I have no idea what or how good the wood is though. he said negotiable, of course.

For Alam Impian, MOT has to be executed already ?

For TTDI alam impian, individual titles have not ready yet. Only need to do MOT and pay stamp duty when individual titles come out, probably, at the end of this year.

And what my previous agreement with the owner, I'll get my key right after the loan approved so that I can start my renovation works and move in asap. So now I'm waiting for the owner reply on this issue, and hopefully I can get my key in the next 1 - 2 weeks time.

TTDI AI I'm coming... Really love the design, the Park in front of almost every 'lorong', the environment over there (green green green), the air quality (although it's construction nearby in 2 years time but still better than my house in Shah Alam, a lot of factory). But one thing I wan to point out is, have anyone of u entering AI during evening time? A lot of ppl (mostly foreign workers) gathers near the lakeside (1st round about) for fishing I think, and got car selling drink and food somemore. This is one thing I don't really like! And I scare this might create security issue too, and affected the reputation of TTDI houses too. Hope someone can get the probelm solved!!

I've visited TTDi Alam Impian's website and it states there the master plan got 5 precincts. Currently only viola and spira is launched right? any idea when will the next one be?

Also, Alam Impian by I&P is different township? are they next to each other?

Basically inp sold a piece of the township to naza ttdi.

Next launch would be in march me thinks
