Yesterday visited TTDI sale office, I was a bit of shock with the sfera design. The bathroom is located in front, exactly at the side of main door. Not sure whether will impact to the house Feng Sui as we all know, main door is very important in feng sui. Besides, there is a huge land in the middle of the house. This is a wastage causing the living room looks very small. Do not understand the purpose of the land build in the middle of house. Overall, spending 520k for 20x80 compare to previous phase only 431k, seem like not worth as the design and material used are the same. Furthermore, if buy it, may need to place money for renovation as I would to move the bathroom and land. Need to have a deep consideration before booking for a unit as 520k+ can have many other choices.

I won't be worried about flooding because knowing the source is an ex-InP, they can say things that they heard before that promotes rivalry between both developers. Ie, airasia ppl will say bad things about mas and vice versa. Plus, no sign of flooding before, no marks what not. Org kampung shud know what I'm talking about.

As for the jamban design at living room, I find it quite weird too. I hope that won't deter people from buying. Esok nak pi kepoh tgk haha

Went to the sales office. Sfera is opposite spira. And the sales lady, I'm guessing an american grad (quite hot, accent is a bonus) showed me the unit design. She argues that the powder room in front Is a western design. Looks diff still. No qualms about the large garden inside. I love it. You won't feel dark and clastrophobic no more. But, the exterior design is a turn off. Spira still has the best look! Sfera looks a bit typical and weird enough, there's no roof (and u can't go party on the roof as well).  Price? She said 500k. Might be cheaper. I expect a big queue nonetheless.

As for the whole piece of land owned by ttdi land, she said it will be fully developed in 5 years time and they are launching everything this year, depends on the sales of sfera. She might be sugarcoating but I hope this is somewhat good news for us. Jeg, reporting from spira.

They got sfera miniature model already.

I can't believe they are selling all phases this year. Bungalow is 2.5 million, however.

When i was there i don't see any miniature model at all.. basically just nothing apart from the main layout for that area.

Is that really a toilet or it is just a powder room?

I saw got toilet bowl what not. The girl with heavy american accent insists it is a western style. I pointed out about market reaction from fengshui believers. She answered we just see how it goes.

actually not open garden inside the living room, it's known as courtyard and Sfera hv bigger size than viola courtyard. mostly developer will design courtyard homes for intermmediate unit since corner unit already hv space for garden.i was thinking to put my dining table on top of grass inside the courtyard  if i buy this Sfera unit  ...  i think u hv wrongly priced 24x80 for viola. 480k if not mistaken for 22x80..

dining table inside courtyard? sure or not? coz rainwater can go inside the courtyard.

unless the roof is made of glass so that only sunlight can get thru.
