Did i say the guard house was almost completed.. maybe a little exaggerated:)
Attached Image

Although I don't want to do any major renovation for the house, I guess at least i need to spend on.....
1) Iron grills and Curtain for all doors and windows (10k?)
2) Kitchen cabinet and equipments (10k?)
3) Furniture (10k?)

I don't see any works on Anti-climbing fence. Maybe it will come later as we just finished signing SPA....

if you choose mild iron for gril and curtain instead of blind, 10k should be enug.
Ur kitchen is bigger, if you plan to do U shape cabinet (full height)+top+equipment, then 10k should hard to get it.
Furnitures for living+dining+MB i think 10K can only get those cheap and low quality 1.

I just wondering what kind of anti-fencing and Guard house access system they are builting. thinnking of they going to have any card access system for the guard house entry.

Heard from someone that it will be 6-ft high metal anti-climb fencing. I would prefer brick wall as perimeter fencing for maintenance reason but it would probably block our houses' back side view. For guard house system, i have no idea. I guess it will be like in any other places, guards waving hands and letting in every car:)

Hi Sonic,

Are you saying that I can complain the SPIRA defects to you and you will settle them before the handing of the keys to buyers?

For defect in spira i dont know how TTDI manage with purchaser since the contractor Defect liability period will only last for few months++..if they handing over to you early, make sure you test everything in the house..so they can call the contractor to rectify immediately..the first phase usually the lucky one since they will 'layan' you guys like a king.

Well, we have a ttdi AI insider now:). We could ask u whatever we want to Know regarding design.

What are the major differences between Spira & Viola in design? From picture, I could see that master bedroom window/door might lead to veranda. And when is the expected completion date for viola? I saw it progressing very fast.

just went over again to the site last weekend. my 2nd visit. few things that surprise me (comparing to I&P).

DESIGN
From pic, spira designs look more classy and nice compare to the I&P.
From actual site, i find out that spira actual finishing design not at nice as I&P (but that is me).

LOCATION
my first visit at night, both are the same to me. One is right turn and the other one is left turn from the roundabout. But my 2nd visit disappointed abit on spira. It was 4pm on Sat and the smoke smell from the factory behind is very STRONG. yeap, the TAR factory. I asked the guard and he say depending on the wind and luck, at times you will be smelling those smokes (whitish in color). I've taken the pics and will upload it later.

I dunno if these smoke is hazardous, but I do know it's a tar factory.

VIOLA is launching this weekend starting from 450k.. At first I thought of buying one for my own stay, but now having a second thought purely because of the smoke. I can accept on the design but the smoke might prove to be unhealthy in long run.

I chk with I&P and they are launching new houses next year in Jan/Feb 2011. But startin price should be 600k onwards.

Sigh......

thanks for the info. where is this factory actually?.. from google map, seems not a near distance to spira (not sure if google map is not updated for this area)

seems Viola pricing is getting down ya?. heard from the saleslady that 20 x 80 is starting at RM431k now. Hmm does that mean we'll getting low appreciation for Spira?. sweat.gif
