actually i nvr draw on any tablet b4. i always sketch on butter paper only.
i dun use these softwares, i use autocad n sketchup.
i just want to use ipad to sketch out my concept n idea, im tired of drawing it on paper d, bcz after few weeks all sure dunno gone where d.
u draw on ipad also? is it harder thn drawing on paper with pencil?

yes harder. i suggest get wacom tablet to do digital sketching
ipad really hard to tell how hard to draw...maybe for someone it is not really that hard...depend on user, so you had to borrow someone's ipad and test out.

My iPad has been updating, or trying to install the new firmware, for more than 3 hours now. Anyone encountered this?

icccc, i actually went to a mac shop just now to try out the ipad, but they dun have any drawing apps installed
i dun like the keyboard, its not very responsive....
btw, wut makes u say tat its harder on the ipad?

no pressure control, had to use brush size to control.
and also long time drawing your finger will burn. and also some lines i need to use stylus to help me make it "smoother" to draw.

I just updated my VLC player...and after the update, every video I play at least got 1 time hang and have to restart the player. Anyone else having the same problem? What can I do? Pls help.

Hope I understand your question - my suggestion is to NOT use the VLC Player app on the iPad.

I experienced the same thing with VLC as you did, and am now happily using the free CineXPlayer instead.

CineXPlayer plays most AVI files very smoothly, and can even output video to the TV using the Apple AV cable.

I recall reading somewhere that the VLC team will be issuing a fix sometime in the future, I don't have a link, unfortunately.
