Bought mine in September 2010 for RM1950 at Low Yat. 16GB WiFi only. Looks like my hopes of getting a reasonable resale price on it just evaporated smile.gif

Anyway, it's good for the consumers that the Malaysian iPads are so aggressively priced.

I'm trying to remember the name of a puzzle game (WhatHow, HowWhat, or something like that) on the demo iPads - anyone knows?

Hope I understand your question - my suggestion is to NOT use the VLC Player app on the iPad.

I experienced the same thing with VLC as you did, and am now happily using the free CineXPlayer instead.

CineXPlayer plays most AVI files very smoothly, and can even output video to the TV using the Apple AV cable.

I recall reading somewhere that the VLC team will be issuing a fix sometime in the future, I don't have a link, unfortunately.

Can we play FaceBook flash-based games on iPad ?

You can't run Flash directly on the iPad.

The answer to your question is No.

Can we access Youtube video then ??

There are 2 ways, out of the box, to play YouTube videos on the iPad.

1. Play using the YouTube app
2. Play in the Mobile Safari browser.

YouTube will automatically serve the HTML5 version of the video for iOS devices (which includes the iPad).

I have encountered some very old video clips, however, that won't play on the iPad / iPhone / iPod Touch. I'm guessing YouTube hasn't had those clips converted for HTML5 playback.
