Personally, I think better to take as big as your wallet allows smile.gif the apps and games are becoming more and more changgih (eg: splinter cell with 500mb) so you don't want to be in a situation where you wish you have gotten a bigger one.

Agreed. I had the same dilemma when I was about to buy...and I went ahead with the 32gb version and with the music and gaming apps, as well as movies and series...almost half already used.

But then again like fruitie mentioned, its up to you, whether do you have the time to keep sync-ing and deleting games/movies/series that you already finish...or you just throw everything inside to last you for some time...

So the final decision is still yours to make.

On your android phone, just go to settings/wireless & network : select portable wifi
On ipad : Go to wifi mode - it will auto detect your phone as a wireless hotspot

On your phone you can make it either a open or secured wifi spot ( just slect accordingly and key in a password)

Not for me. tongue.gif
At least for both examples you mentioned up there.

I'm a lady but with no long fingernails. tongue.gif
I don't want to avoid fingerprints. tongue.gif
But I noticed I always tap on the wrong alphabet when I use the keyboard. laugh.gif sweat.gif

Same here. But the thing is, i use both hands to type..im not used to 1 finger typing. If i get stylus, its for me to take handwritten notes...thats why I am looking for the "pen" feel... smile.gif

Normal physical keyboard, I'll use both hands to type but when on iPad, automatically will use one hand. laugh.gif Precisely, only one finger.... sweat.gif

Hi all,

Am considering buying a second hand iPad.

Was hoping if anyone could teach me what to look out for aside from the obvious checking for dents and scratches, buttons.

Like is there anything else on the hardware that i need to look out for?

Can you also help identify common problems with the iPad.

Many thanks

Remember to check the version of the firmware, and whether the iPad has been jail-breaked or not. Check and test the connectivity of the wifi and 3G (if you planning to buy 3G version). Test speakers and display screen...test the connectivity with the iTunes, see whether can sync or not.
