who does mac promo events here ah? thinking of offering my service doing demos.

i use sketchbook pro. but yeah, most artist seems to favor brushes.

i rarely transfer files. i just upoad to either facebook or photobucket.

this itunes really pundek lah. i rarely sync my ipad n recently it removed some apps while syncing: but at same time it backed up some data and transferred some purchase.

why lidat one?

it removed skype and savysoda's documents from my ipad.

no lah. apps DLed from ipad when sync supposed to transfer purchase i.e. backup to PC. i done this before and in fact it did transfer purchase some apps. but then 1 or 2 kena delete. itunes FFFUUUUUU

Quick look up on the net. Apparently those who come up with this prob can try manual transfer purchase under file command. The other is reauthorize account or something. I oso kena try leh.

Just emailed project update via ipad. Screencapped calendar from calendar, import pic to sletchbook and annotate project schedule n terus email with notes. While having lunch at kopi tiam. Damn gaya lah me with ipad.

think ur better off with iphone 4, just dump ur ipad n get iphone4 instead. being a noobie u prolly get better mileage from iphone4 rather than ipad.

count me in perplexed by our local delay of ipad, especially since maxis is already marketing that tab thing from htc? vendors were obviously told of impending ipad release based on all those competition prizes that touted the ipad since early this year yet another brand in the end jumped out of the gate 1st. either some hanky panky going on (which i doubt but possible) but most likely major marketing flub: if they thought ipad sales would take away from iphone4's, they obviously have no idea what is the target market of ipad. ppl who intended to get iphone will get iphone only while apple fanboy would pick up both.

even if ur price end up correct as long as its not officially announced it is not 'official retail price' and only a rumor. and seeing that a lot of misinformation is going on i can understand the mods clamping down on post like these.

its more helpful if you post like this:

"hi guy, i have so n so inside info and ive been told the price is going to be so n so"

as opposed to just posting a price list uncommented because it can be interpreted many ways and cause confusion.

youre probably just trying to be helpful but if youre not clear in presenting the info u cant blame mod for misinterpretating ur post.

judging by that article, i'd have guess local delay in ipad may be related to competitors effort rushing similar product it seems. cant see any other reason unless there was a bidding war to get exclusivity which would have been unlikely.

useless lah you all if want to buy just buy lah. if not wait it out. u waited more than half a year for ipad , whats the diff waiting for a few more months.

if really not sure either a) get the basic model 16g wifi. 1500 if u dont like pun kena burn not so bad - if cant afford to burn then maybe shouldnt even consider ipad in 1st place, its a luxury item, not necessity as compared to laptop b) get the cheapest 3g version because at least this one better chance of reselling.

i dont mind thrifty ppl - its a good characteristic. but indecisive ppl depend on ppl suggestion piss me off. make up your mind lah dei. (kalau pompuan takpe, ada excuse )

yeah! but weird skype only got iphone version. the front facing one is more practical on the ipad (prolly look damn bodoh taking pic with ipad like normal camera) and i much more fun skyping in a more relaxed position than in front of a desktop pc for instance.

but i'm preeeeeeety sure jobs wont give in on the usb connection one. because i think its a philosophical/principal issue rather than practical one.

the biggest cuurent question is whether theyre reducing from 9" to 7" format as adopted by competitor.

i dont think theyll do 7". knowing jobs being a sneaky ******* prolly just disinformation to throw the competition off.

maybe in the future (much like you have choices for ipod) but not at this point going into 2nd gen.
