Hehehehe.. I took my iPad out when visit relative and the kids really enjoy the apps... You can see the kids happily playing education game... In which in convention mode, the kids would reluctant to learn. But iPad change the kids perspective.

The reason for asking is to avoid paying too much $$$ for the apps.

By the way, I can't register an US iTunes account, I'm stuck at the payment page and there is no "None" selection for me.

if not mistaken you had to purchase a "free" apps to make US account.

i m not sure about that, got people ask that question in V2 i think... because i already had US account long time ago when i get my ipod touch 2G..

Yes, tried all the methods. Didn't work. I never used my Malaysia CC for US account because I know it won't work and clicked on none.

Even now, using CC with Malaysia iTunes account doesn't work as well.

OK, fine. I'm having a dummy set of iPad. WTF. My worst experience with a gadget.

I think iTunes is getting hammered hard or they are having issues. Just wait for a day or two as we can see, this is happening in iPhone subforum as well where users are not able to sign up etc.

Eh weird wor...I just got my iPad last Saturday and i can use the app store with no problems at all...but I using msia app store tho...and I did sign up my CC there...

Just a question, with Malaysia AppStore account I can still able to search for all iPad apps worldwide using the search feature right?

I tried Malaysia and registered my CC also can't. On VISA and MasterCard, both shows same error.

I don't know what am I supposed to do now.

I just manage to register a US account using download link 1. The "none" did appear.
