i dont know if is this the right thread to ask but i'm searching for 3rd party battery for D90, octopus or phottix.
there's a seller in this forum who sells this battery for rm60++ but have to COD quite far from my house
so i went to mid valley and asked a seller from a reputable camera shop.
he gave a 'digital camera' brand battery for rm120 and laughed at me when i asked for the rm60 battery and from his eyes and i can assume that he said 'in your dream!'
so where (in KL) i can found this 3rd party battery for rm60++ without having to deal with this type of seller who thinks he knows everything about digital camera

Bought this last Friday night. Although I'm broke now, it was a real steal at that price, so it doesn't matter.

When you dream of your Leica M, remember not to stim too much . Coz that small lens stuffed in your underwear, unlike Canon lens, got metal lens hood . Sharp edges. Ouch!!

I just found a source to get Sanyo Eneloop 2000mAh, double A size, 4 batteries per packet, for RM50 per packet. Anyone bought this before, care to share the experience with the battery, and how much was it bought?

The one I found is RM50 including postage reliable because I used to buy a lot of other batteries from him. Just not sure about this Eneloop hype. So I suppose it's safe to say Eneloop will be a good buy?

Care to show where did you get the source? I'm getting another 4 pieces of Eneloop.

Anyway, Eneloop brand is very reliable, I love it so much!

Some dude in Hong Kong my supplier for everything I'm selling here. If you want I can get tons of it for you at RM50 per set (each set 4 pieces).

if you are a casual photographer eneloop would be best because of the slow decay, enough for taking shots and able to have it available for your next shot few days later

For professionals who covers event like weddings or photoshoots, they would favour batteries with 2700mAh for the faster flash cycle.

2700mah is merely the battery's capacity. Nothing to do with how fast it can recycle the flash. Anyway, u fellas all way OT already.

Exactly, I have been telling this in the rechargeable batteries thread. mAh is capacity and has nothing to do with recycle rate.
