QUOTE(coolblade @ Nov 28 2006, 07:55 PM) I also faced slightly similar problem aforementioned. Sometimes I will be "greeted" with the BIOS checksum error message upon POST stage. I wonder if the circuitry beneath the battery compartment was damaged so the battery can't deliver it's current to ensure the information kept in the BIOS chip intact. OR is the BIOS chip was flawed due to high activity of overclocking experiments? If I change the BIOS chip with my spare BIOS chip, will the problem solved? I welcome anyone to express the idea to solve problem of both of me and -=J4cKa5s=-. try to re-flash ur bios 1st, if still same then change to ur spare bios chip for a try.

wow, i dindnt think NF7 would have prob with bios corrupting. Sjn Hassan, try hotflashing the bios chip im sure it would do the trick, the hard part is getting hold of a working board or a working bios chip.

@GKWong
Thank you for sharing the BIOS files. I should credit you for the nice POST screen that u custom made. I like it!
By the way, I am still finger crossing that after flashing my BIOS, I need not have to swap to my spare BIOS yet.

QUOTE(Mr_47 @ Nov 30 2006, 12:00 PM) Its D26 Mantarays XT. The 1t or 2t is just for indication if you are using single sided or double sided rams. That's all.

I'm officially quit from NF7 world. My experience with this mobo: Pros: 1. Great overclocking potential. 2. Can moded. to 3.3vdimm/ L12 mod / Vdd and Vcore pencil mod. easily. 3. OCZ DDR Booster up to 4.0v without VTT track. Cons: 1. Poor memory tweaking bios option compare to NF2 LP rev.B 2. Double sided BH5/BH6/UTT cannot overclock well with high tight timing @ any vdimm 3. No cooling on southbrigde cause instablity during high FSB overclocked.
