ill be glad to help ya!

BTW; too many sins to erase thow! whistling.gif

with the mantarays xt 2t i got the highest fsb and tight timming! thumbup.gif  thumbup.gif

2T is slower than 1T by 15-17%. That's y u achieved highest fsb on 2T compare to 1T. If u benchmark, let's say, 220 fsb at 1T to a 220 fsb at 2T, 2T will loose surely. 2T need around 235-240 fsb to match the result of 1T. So, if u aiming for highest bandwidth, better go for 1T ( usually bios modder name it without CPC in the filename). If u're aiming for higher stability, then, go for 2T. I'm not saying with 1T it's not stable. Just look here, from lyn sandra overclocking result,

7. HydefK - 3955 PTS - Twinmos CH5 UTT @ 11-2-2-2 @ 1T @ 255 MHZ @ 3.3 VDIMM
8. kelvin_hata - 3954 PTS - Corsair PC3200 CH5 @ 11-2-3-2 @ 2T @ 265 MHZ @ 3.3 VDIMM

even at 265@2T, 1T at 255 still win. smile.gif

just my 0.5 cent.

This thread is still alive and kicking... no new releases since Trats' D27 BIOS?

No new stuff from Merlin and tictac?

Abit off topic here, collin, from ur sig, ur bt-d43, ur' running 3.3v? wah... from the official whitepaper, D43 operating volt is 2.5v ~ 2.7v onli. Y u pump so much volt? at ur mem timing, using 2.7v-2.8v oso can, unless u wan them to run 2-2-2-11 or 2.5-2-2-11 ( onli if they capable lah ). Better lowered ur ram voltage.

Just my 2 cent. smile.gif

Thanks for the tip, but the reason I'm doing this is because my NF7 can't take high FSB speeds (I don't know why, it tends to crap out on me), and my Sempron is reaching it's limits. I know D43s are for FSB, not timings, but let's just say that I'm trying a different approach. biggrin.gif

So, I did a few tests and I found that I could lower down a timing by feeding 3.3v to my D43s at low FSB speeds. So why not?

Nice to see that you are lucky with your D43s, satanhead2003. smile.gif

ok here's the perfect things to do .... unplug ur ram .... den u take soft rubber.... like ppl used in examination... u rub on da contact point on ur ram... u keep rub it until u see it shiny thumbup.gif then u plug in the slot again... if kenot... unplug and rub with rubber again... this tricks really works man ... try it out smile.gif

p/s : after u do that... u will feel like very easy to plug in the slot... thumbup.gif very syok 1 dat feeling... cool.gif
