Try using Taipan bios

before this, i too, using mantaray XT n onli manage to achieve 220-230. using this bios, 250-253 .

seems like not enough vcore to me..... try upping the vcore 1 notch....

2T is slower than 1T by 15-17%. That's y u achieved highest fsb on 2T compare to 1T. If u benchmark, let's say, 220 fsb at 1T to a 220 fsb at 2T, 2T will loose surely. 2T need around 235-240 fsb to match the result of 1T. So, if u aiming for highest bandwidth, better go for 1T ( usually bios modder name it without CPC in the filename). If u're aiming for higher stability, then, go for 2T. I'm not saying with 1T it's not stable. Just look here, from lyn sandra overclocking result,

Abit off topic here, collin, from ur sig, ur bt-d43, ur' running 3.3v? wah... from the official whitepaper, D43 operating volt is 2.5v ~ 2.7v onli. Y u pump so much volt? at ur mem timing, using 2.7v-2.8v oso can, unless u wan them to run 2-2-2-11 or 2.5-2-2-11 ( onli if they capable lah ). Better lowered ur ram voltage.

I run mine at 258 fsb 1:1 at 2.9 onli . 2.5-2-2-11 .

me oso got prob like this, w/o gfx oc'ed, but proc oc to the max. increasing the vagp, solve it. sometimes, it can be the video driver. that's y i changed to modded driver, dhzeropoints or ngo is best for me.

Zahri, which bios r u in? CPC off or CPC on? 1.8 or 1.85 ? wahhh.... need good cooling / water there dude. max i co wif this 1.75v. try increasing the VDimm. 2.8v - 2.9v... i say, still safe for vdimm. n one more thing, monitor ur +12v n +3.3v. these rails should be in range +-5%. If lower, then need a good PSU. If its fluctuate so much (more than 0.1v), need fluctuation mod there. ask collinwong for this mod.

i wont bet a high oc wif official bios,tho. in my exp, highest oc on official bios is around 215-220. after using modded bios, wif some burning n tweaking, able to do 260 wif 2.5-2-2-11.

yup, this is true. my icute blow oso. lucky me, onli the +12v rails. got burn on the mobo +12v ATX connector. Lucky my mobo survived.

i used to have those twin fan 450w. after 6 month, burned on +12v. lucky my mobo survived. after dat, i dun dare to "touch" another icute.

2T bios works great wif 2 sided ram n 1T bios wif 1 sided ram. Correct me if i'm wrong. . n zahri, i got collection most of the NF7-S Rev2 bios wif me. YM me if u need some.

I'm not on Sc A, oledi migrate to sc754. I just use 2 bios, for 1T, I use Taipan D27 CPC ON n for 2T, like u say, D26 MantaRay XT. Both give me this

1T = 2.5.-2-2-11@253

2T = 2-2-2-11@265

But, the 1T give errors sometimes (my ram is BT-D43 double-sided). Switching to 2T, give no error at all. even wif burning my ram at 2-2-1-2.
