Orang90, dumbell je tak cukup la bro. U need to do workouts for your ENTIRE body, not just your arms. I'm not saying u hv to do a full body workout EVERYDAY, instead, break it up into different body sections for different days. Go read the bodybuilding thread, loads of good info there mate, and it will help u out A LOT!

for me, cheat day is like a motivation for your body.. but it's up to you..
it won't hurt u much, 6 days vs 1 days ...

today, there is a young guy approach me with another guy (actually I saw them in a few times in 2 week, i guess they come everyday).
he told me he want to build the chest in one month.. i was like "OK" in my mind..
then he pointed to his friend that come together, "he said we need to play with dumbell everyday".
I just give a glance to his friend (I just knew his age is 15), in my heart whispering "damn so skinny and give good advice"

his friend face and attitude is like "I want to punch his head right now"

Moral of the story : don't look down on what other people had experienced.. laugh.gif

you can do both of it..
let say 1 months,

1 weeks gym, off 1 week cutting, 1 weeks gym, and off 1 weeks..

basically u will gain muscle mass a little, but during cutting u can maximise at 3kg total lost per month

2 more day before end of cutting phase.
able to shave 1 kg and made it all the way to 96kg.
Slow progress but I love it. Perhaps more into change of body figure.. I guess i need to track down my body percentage... no idea where to check.. lulz

my friend told me that the slimming tea works but need your body to works also..
like going to toilet all the way.. 

anyway i need suggestions on that..

take a plate of rice with a lot of protein and vege
no supper(unless really2 damn hungry)
drink a lot of plain water until i pee white urea.
i do take a lot of milk before exercise and after exercise ,i also even drink milk even i was in free time.

so..what do you guys say?
