I'm still enjoy chocolate cake, pizza, kfc, limited time special mcd burger once a week.. diet will not make u suffer.. clean food for 5days, 2 days cheat still acceptable..
suppose u doing it for urself, not for other people included your love. now, she said don't want.. later she will accept about it.
fat is not something to keep in large size, muscle is yes..
