yup... at kompleks belia paroi.. u datang wrong time, of couse u see pakcik, hardcore bodybuilder always come monday-friday evening, moderate bodybuilder always enjoy at night, sat sun for pakcik2, hardly to see them (bodybuilder)..

i'm always there at nite friday, and saturday morning only..
pakcik at there more tougher than u know whistling.gif laugh.gif

Yeah, u can drop weight too fast by doing that, but it will bounce back because it's not permanent. that's not diet, and obviously u starving urself..
once reach at the level of can't tahan anymore.. u will tend to eat more.. so bye bye....

divide into 5 meal, small portion, n go search about nutrient info.. I won't tell u so much about that, because it's on google, every start of success, they will be hard time..

it's better to start with your usual food.. then only we change it one by one until you agree to eat..
different people tend to eat different food.. so doesn't mean one person have a diet plan, and it will suit u..

if in gud not so hungry mood:  yogurt + green apple
or else...normal malaysian food..
in past 1 week: pizza, rice+vegetarian food, 1/2 naan with 1 small piece chicken, whole meal bread and milk

for those who didnt read my question in page 17, im a 28 years old gal who gonna get married in 2/3 months.. and im currently 157cm weight 53kg.. but with 35% fat..means my bone is small size, mostly are fat, out of shape..
i tried gym but with sitting on the office 10 hours and after that in gym it really makes me tired fast..end up will only go gym 30mins..
and past 2 months i cudnt get time to gym...
i used to be better shape when i went to gym daily in prev comp, but the eating habit is somewat the same..

i wannna help on diet + workout (my metabolisme rate is low) so that in 1/2 months i can be in shape (less fat) and weight max 48kg..

let's enjoy 1 day/week (for pizza or whatever thing fall within it).
cookies is something that i consider as junk
reduce your carb.. seem like you pretty love them.. rice, meehoon, naan, bun .. that will be a factor of increasing

slim ha? that's not my purpose.. even now, still big laugh.gif but less bigger than previous.. most of my trouser n shirt feel so much gap.
cutting + bulking = lead me to almost same state ler.. now try figure out to cut more before start bulking again.. weight loss definition for me is fat loss n muscle added wink.gif but not into body building type

latest body at 100kg..previous 110kg (hardwork diet + gym) more fat too cut sweat.gif

2 half boiled = u ate the yolk too.. try to perform perfect boil, eat only one yolk.
lunch = hit rice , small portion, and let contain with vege, fish, or any of protein source.. spot for less oily food.
try to hit 5 meal per day..

when it come to dinner, do not hit so much carb unless you need it for intensive weight training,
i will go for fruit + egg + milk, and it should enough during your sleep..

5-6meal is what recommended and it won't give your stomach too lazy, hence it burn more calories.. simple as that, u eat more, small portion, know what u take.. just hit weighing scale .. 1 weeks sure reduce...

i enjoy :

6~7am - mik + 2 egg ( 1yolk) +fruit
10~11am - milk
12~1pm - rice + egg (white only) + vege + taufu + chicken/fish/tempe
3~4pm - milk
6~7pm - rice + 2 egg (1yolk) + fruit + milk + anything that mymum cook
9pm - casein.

previously (about 4mths back) i just enjoy rice 3 days or lower per week only.
now i try to slow down the rate.. 3weeks with 1kg reduce.. so it's still acceptable.. as i'm bulking myself too..

start my day with whey 2 scoop at breakfast + 2 eggs (1 yolk) + almond ... the taste... yuck.. euuuuuuuuu doh.gif tongue.gif
