I'm pretty sure u won't follow my diet

eat 5 meal/day
1 - egg + milk
2 - tofu + egg + vege + rice (small)
3 - egg + chicken breast + milk + almond
4 - egg + milk + fruit
5 - supplement pre bed meal
in between of 3 and 4 = gym 1 hours full working body. That's during normal day
fasting month.
1 - egg + milk + vege + fruit + misc (my mom cook)
2 - egg + chicken breast + almond + milk + rice (small)
3 - egg + milk + fruit
4 - supplement pre bead meal.
reduce gym time in fasting month - food depend on exercise day.
the secret = muscle gain in my body will make u hit ur result faster. as u can see, my diet basically focus on protein to heal the muscle faster.
don't try this at home

and have 1 day cheat.. i still eat pizza, mcd, kfc... last week ate 4 pieces of chicken kfc
