i live in my family too.
but i choose to buy my own food, cook myself.
Because, my mother tend to cook variety of food that "delicious" = high calories.. and I need to invest my own money to get clean food.

rules no 1.
ada wang, ada makanan bersih, ada kurus laugh.gif

if you can't do that,
follow rules no 2.
eat little, divide into 5 meals/day

can't do that too.
rules no 3.
exercise until can't stand laugh.gif

still can't do,
just live with ur body now sleep.gif

u should eat the food that contain a lot of important nutrient to loss the weight...

cracker? u wanna eat that for morning, afternoon, evening, night meh? of course not.. am I right?
water a lot is recommended...

u need to boost up ur metabolism by eat a little but high frequency..

to make it firmer, hit some light weight dumbell + reduce fat.. it will be nice wink.gif

lifestyle perhaps... more into baby and family.. my mum have a friend, aerobic instructor.. after her pregnancy, she actively conduct the aerobic class.. n she's so hot doh.gif wub.gif ... I thinks that's the only reason...

it won't work.. that's starving, it won't help u in ur metabolism at all.

as mentioned previously,

eat in high freq (5 times per day),
in controllable manner, small portion, seriously u need to google for nutrient info.

gap 3 hours between meals.. it's not about the matter of what you eat, but it's about the matter of quality of the food... at this stage u need super low carb, but more into protein to create weight lose... other than that, eat fiber a lot.

oat = carb sources.
fruit = fiber
green tea, soy milk, water = depend what is inside.

see... u have almost rubbish diet... laugh.gif
go add chicken, fish, egg.. in your meal..

Updated my new weight (so far, the maximum weight loss achieved)
21.6.10 ~ 6.9.10 = total lost 13kg rclxm9.gif

Rate during fasting month become slow. Could be the factor of muscle mass too.
But I'm happy with a few muscle visible and got nice comment from my friend wink.gif

eat 5 meal/day

1 - egg + milk
2 - tofu + egg + vege + rice (small)
3 - egg + chicken breast + milk + almond
4 - egg + milk + fruit
5 - supplement pre bed meal

in between of 3 and 4 = gym 1 hours full working body. That's during normal day

fasting month.
1 - egg + milk + vege + fruit + misc (my mom cook)
2 - egg + chicken breast + almond + milk + rice (small)
3 - egg + milk + fruit
4 - supplement pre bead meal.

reduce gym time in fasting month - food depend on exercise day.

the secret = muscle gain in my body will make u hit ur result faster. as u can see, my diet basically focus on protein to heal the muscle faster.

and have 1 day cheat.. i still eat pizza, mcd, kfc... last week ate 4 pieces of chicken kfc laugh.gif

that's why u should learn how to maintain it.
muscle weight lighter than fat weight.

muscle will make ur body use calories more than usual. I gain a few kg of muscle weight, but at the same time I did cutting and fat will getting low.. that's the reason I'm still losing weight.

i did a lot of reading before i start to diet on serious mode.. wink.gif

I'm happy with my body right now.. feel better..

actually it's hard for newcomer to do this.
What are u r trying to do is bulking process.. the effect should be in the long term process.

during this process, your weight will getting high, but I'm sure it's just giving u depression.
Recommendation : try to review your diet schedule again, n reschedule ur gym time until ur weight loss (body fat loss) equal to muscle mass gain.. you should track ur progress in 3 weeks and able to justify the progress.

if you're keep doing above method, I'm sure, u'll have better body with same weight..
when u think it's enough with level of muscle mass, reduce to maintain mode, and start do cardio to reduce body fat..

It's hard to do this method in early, but once you're getting familiar how your body work, so it's become easy.
For me, first 2 months, i hit 5days/week for gym (weight lifting), then I started to know the body getting heavier but slightly different shape,
and I know it's crazy with low rest time. At that time, I don't know what I want.

Again, I reschedule the gym time, with upper body exercise at friday nite, follow by lower body exercise at saturday morning. all with high intense, for the rest 5 days, I'm doing HIIT only.

For sure with good diet. My weight maintain right now.
If you guys want to do this, bulking and cutting process in once, just make sure to review your diet, gym time, and cardio properly..
don't look at weight scale, but look at your body appearance. no worries, ur shape will look great with muscle eventhough same mass as previous (with body fat)
