It really does depend on what you are planning to do with your laptops. If you are doing static work, with some movements, like home to office, really multimedia content creation, then by all means get the 15" macbook pro. It's a very good computer, if your needs is like above.

If you are looking for a machine that you can move around, you can't go wrong with the MacBook Air. With the previous versions, that I wouldn't recommend, but this one I do so wholeheartedly.

The folks over at Macworld might just have what you’ve been looking for — benchmark scores. The website has published benchmark results for all four variants of the new Air and as it turns out, all four outperformed previous generation models. The new 11.6-inch MacBook Air, even with its 1.4GHz processor, managed to outperform the older 2.13GHz Core 2 Duo models thanks to its speedy flash storage. The new 13.3-inch 1.86GHz model even managed to marginally outperform the current 13-inch MacBook Pro.

Intel Core2 Duo U9600 @ 1.60GHz | 1129 | 451 *mba 11"

For those of you that bought Mac Office 2008 with an upgrade option to 2011, the download is now available. It's about 870mb in size, for the Home & Student version. Very sad that it does not come with Outlook.

Anybody here know how much the business version would cost here?

Since Snow Leopard's Mail now supports Exchange, I'm no longer sure why I need Outlook anymore...

As for trial, I think that'll be Office Web Apps

Well, I was looking for the trial just now, but couldn't find it. Only if you do buy it, then you get the download link. I'm guessing, after a few months, after all the promised upgraders have downloaded it.

Definately I think lion would be sold in usb drives. Will show you a pic of the restore USB i got with the air when I have the time.

Well, up until now, haven't yet found a good alternative to outlook yet, and I have a lot of outlook contacts to deal with.
