Thanks for ur answer.
Maybe is i make the question not so clear.
Actually is I plan to buy a macbook pro 13 inch.
But I am just afraid once I buy today then maybe tomorrow will come out the new specs or new model.
So just wanna check when is the normal cycle of model change for apple macbook?

Huh? What's got to do with trackpad? hmm.gif

Not surprised. Sounds like a regular wear-and-tear case.
*
Hhmm... The thing is, I seldom use my trackpad. Does it qualify for warranty?

LOL!!! Maybe I didn't read your post properly, this one I'm not quite sure, sometimes they release new model mid of the year sometimes almost end of the year, mine came out at oct of 2008 while the new macbook unibody white released during the mid of 2010

the battery expands inside = pushing the trackpad from below.
didn't you realease that under the trackpad is the battery already.?

If your whole laptop is under warranty then Yes. If over the warranty period but seldom use is a No.

Agreed .. but Intel just announced its mobile i3 and i5 processors update .. so probably there will be only a speed bump .. but .. errm.. the current MBP design has been used for I believe almost two years ..

Ya. Is almost 2 years.
I bought my macbook alu when first launch back at Nov 2008.
But still is the coolest among all and not giving me any problems after so long of using.
