hey guys, wondering how u all delete content in pendrive, external HD...

I use 'command + delete' and the content is gone, but the size available for those drive still same. For example, pendrive before delete content still have 2GB available, after i delete a movie (1GB), it still state that 2GB available.

**and can windows open pendrive and see content in it? after format by using a mac and add sth inside. For me, i cant found anything in my pendrive when i insert it to windows..
*
You must empty the file in your trash after deleting the file.

Congrats on the new thread. smile.gif

Been using MBP 13" for a month and I still need to get used to some functions but the OS has been great. Easy. Quick startup & shutdown.

I'm using iWork which is a breeze to use. Unfortunately the formatting runs when I save as MS Word. =/
*
Yeah , quick startup and shutdown. me liky too.
but sometimes startup can be alitttle slower too. Not always la , don know why?

hmm.. moshi stuff or capdase stuff are better? hehe..

Moshi FTW.
But you can also try "power support" 1 cost at RM 89 , you can get it from machines. I personally think its good.

so this is it.. my mbp 15 inch is brand new set but when i download the coconut battery it show that regrading my set has been 3 month..

now the point is i wondering it is refurbish set or just the system error anyone having this issue or anyone can enlighten me?

I think it means that your computer is being manufactured 3 months ago but not sold yet. It just waiting for the rightful owner =)

This happens to me all the time when I got it hooked up with the power adapter.
I've no idea what's going on. All I know is try lifting it up with the back of it as the pivot.
You'll feel electrostatic charge no more
*
Try using the long power cord.

Just bought my MBP 15-inch from friendly seller, tabs, yesterday. Last nite I charged it up and now I am using it first. I have been a Windows user for many years and since I bought an iPhone, thought it logical to move to a Mac. Now being a first time user, when I launch Safari, instead of getting a full screen I get a minimised screen. How do I get the full screen?
*
Safari cannot go fullscreen. try use alternative..Google chrome is good( can full screen ).

was thinking of getting a Macbook Air to replace my MacBook unibody. Major aspect is because of the weight and I dun use the optical drive much. but since getting the iPad I'm having 2nd thoughts. might not be prefect but get most of the job done anyway.
*
why not just get a Macbook pro 13''. even better and its more value for the money.

Hhmm... The thing is, I seldom use my trackpad. Does it qualify for warranty?
*
If your whole laptop is under warranty then Yes. If over the warranty period but seldom use is a No.
