Duh! Obviously to protect the Macbook Air screen. The next killer question...which goes something like this: Why do you need a notebook sleeve, right?

Regards, Joey

Guys.. I thinking to get the 64gb 11inch MBA.
Possible to add another 2gb ram by myself? Also can I purchase a 32gb USB thumbdrive or sd card just to install widows and run it on MBA?

Well, I guess the resellers such as Machines do provide configuration service for you when you buying the computers if I'm not mistaken.

If can, I suggest you to buy from Apple Online Store, although resellers claimed they using Apple Authorized RAM for u, but u wouldn't know right? Better to have it installed at the Apple's side smile.gif

yes only factory can upgrade. it doesn't use ram sticks. the ram chips are soldered to the motherboard

i think he meant u can upgrade as in opt for more memory when u're customizing the MBA at the online store. not about adding ur own RAM

not sure why u need LAN

juz pair ur phone with ur MBA for bluetooth. then, click on the bluetooth icon at the top right, click on ur phone's name and Connect to Network

i dun have a nokia E series but that's how tethering works for most phones. if it doesnt work, maybe u need to enable some settings on ur nokia

i asked a worker in apple store, he told me that we can find macbook air screen protector at lowyat level 2.  rclxms.gif

but i don't know which store is it.  doh.gif

If just the normal screen protector like those on your handphone.. I suppose you can go for the normal laptop screen protectors as well.

I bought mine for just RM10 off a normal PC shop for my 13" MBP. If you lightly touch your screen every now and then then it protects well. Of course don't go and ketuk or scratch on purpose... sweat.gif

Correction , Apple does not allow you to boot Windows via USB. It only allows GPT blessed drives to boot via USB. You'll be needing reEFIt. Google search that up

Apple laptops can't boot regular USB thumb drives (i.e windows installation on usb , or live linux on USB) unless its blessed as GPT !

Just go to Bluetooth , add new device. Turn on visibility on your Nokia E series. You should see Dial Up Service, just use that . Configure APN , and you should be good to go , if you need step by step guide. I can post them up

they -> Apple dont make rams, they to hire others like Micron(The biggest memory producer) to oem rams for them which is also the company responsible t supply to Kingston, Crucial and the rest. So i think either way you are save.

Dude, of course I know Apple doesn't produce RAM doh.gif I'm saying it's better to let Apple upgrade the config for you rather than letting resellers do it for u which u might not know they using things from what source to put it in your Mac.
