Go to your 'delete' folder in your email. Should still be there.

Else, can call their customer service and provide your credit card no or name + flight date and time and they will resend it to you.

Hi peeps, I in dire need of help currently. I have just book a flight ticket to Singapore (not from the RM3 sale) this Sep weekend trip.

Suppose to depart on 10 Sep and return on 11 Sep. Hence depart on 10 Sep early morning 0630 and plan to come back on 2120 on 11 Sep.

Somehow think the system jam up (due to the RM3 sale) and it refreshes my browser and it help me auto reselect the earliest trip 0720 on 11 Sep instead.

But seeing the price the same (partly my fault for not checking the time again), I proceeded to check out and from the itinerary only i notice the time difference  doh.gif

any chance for me to change the flight ticket without any extra charges as i consider detect it early but the call line only open 7am  cry.gif

To change the time need me to fork out another RM100 each as I'm going in a group.  icon_question.gif  Anyone manage to get a free change of time before for such scenario?
*
Update on my scenario :

Submitted the E form on Monday early morning to hi-lite the problem. They agree to change the flight time without any additional cost. thumbup.gif

Good customer service, but i thought quite low chance at 1st, when they reply on my first inquiry saying that they'll consider my request (change flight time without added cost) on a gesture of good will, thinking is a good way to say no.

Btw, anyone know what's the cost of parking if I decided to park there on Sat early morning till Sunday night? Thanks

Hi, I'm asking behalf of my friend. She wants to change her flight time. But the problem is she didn't book the ticket under her log in member account(dont know why). Can she change her flight time online?

Thanks.

if she have the booking number, she can link the booking to her account and then modify it from there.

Air Asia currently only flies into Stansted. They have announced that they will fly to Gatwick from October onwards.

I think both airports are equally the same getting into london.

I personally thinks that AA is actually better than some of the non-budget airlines such as China Airline and Jordan Airline which I have fly with..

Hi all,

I want to book a flight with return ticket to Singapore. I noticed this time the return trip from Singapore has more costs incurred as compared to last year.

For example here is the cost breakdown I saw when I tried to book: -
(KUL - SIN)
1 Guest
Airport Tax
Fuel Surcharge

Seems normal for KL to Singapore but once I reach the Singapore to KL part I see all these extra costs O_O

(SIN - KUL)
1 Guest
Fuel Surcharge
Airport Fee
Aviation Levy
Passenger Security Fee
Passenger Service Fee

Is this because of their more extensive breakdown of the cost or is there some policy change in Airasia/Singapore that I am not aware of? Any help here?

LGW (Gatwick), besides being nearer, is much easier because you can take the local train for a reasonable price. STN's trains are relatively more expensive (either the Express or the railway) - which then leaves you the bus to Victoria Stn - traffic can be bad and the journey will take 1+ hour(s).

Referring to AA's website here (http://www.airasia.com/my/en/latestnews/gatwickairport.page), they are currently flying into STN until 23 October 2011 and into LGW from 24 October 2011 onwards.

If you select to go to LGW in August (as I've tried earlier), the flight still shows that it lands in STN.

The last time i asked (a few months ago), it was RM100 per sector for international flight. Best you go through the T&C of your air ticket to be sure.

No, they don't have a toll free nor normal number for you to call. You can always try their online chat customer service.
