I made my reservation with AA. I also booked the SKYBus from KL Sentral - LCCT.

During the booking, I remembered I saw a window where I was suppose to print the ticket for the SkyBus. However I thought I will receive an email from AA for the SkyBus.

Now that I have the email, I don't see any tickets for the SkyBus.

Upon using the SkyBus, now do I show my Itinerary or am I suppose to print some special ticket to show it to them?

hi guys..need some opinion here..i booked oredi tix to goldcoast (i wanna go sydney using jetstar )..so is it better to have travel insurance with airasia or jetstar..or i need to buy both?...or just buy some other travel insurance like axa or kurnia at some travel agencys?

Hey guys , I am facing a problem now which tat we try to do booking on Airasia's site but den the booking process needs passport's expiry date.. But my fren's passport almost expired before the date we going to book. So how ? Can we just filled in the date of real expiry date but by the time we go out country the passport got renew can anot ?

My passport is going to expired on 22 of June 2011 but my trip which is going to bangkok will be 6 of May 2011 .

In process of booking tickets , the expiry date of passport is one of the requirement.

Should I just fill in tat date but I renew as soon as possible or I cant do booking now ?

I need help on online booking using e-gift voucher.Somehow,my total payment is around RM430.So,at the payment page,I insert 2 RM200 voucher and I see the voucher status is pending but it cut the cost until RM30 already but the problem is,I cant proceed.When I press the Credit card/Debit Card tab,it just hang or stay there.How to proceed with this? Something wrong with the website?

Ohh i witness this before in Surabaya airport . the AA staff very cocky one , and keep asking a guy to fit his bag tru the small square steel frame and to weight it . so the poor guy and another chick , were ask to go back all the way to the check-in counter to clear it out . .

Well to me they being disrespectful for their own customers and bullies .
if wanna make reinforcement , then do it right . do it smart .. try not to humiliate others , esp if the person is older than u or even some 'kampung' looking man (maybe their first experience flying) . educate them , explain to them politely . they (AA) must remember , they are offering services .. so service well ..

when somebody wearing a smart black shinny leather shoe and clean smart full suit doesn't mean his brain / attitude 'smart' too . 
lucky the surabaya airport is small (but still its 2 level building) , can u imagine like KLIA ? and the officer made u to run back to check-in counter to settle it .

if they still stingy abt the cabin luggage weight , they shud put the officer next to the check-in counter .. and like aeiou228 says , by "sigh judgement" if he thinks its too heavy or bulky luggage then stop them then and there .
beside , what u think they will do w the excessive cabin luggage btw ? ... most they'll either make u pay for it or dump it in the cargo luggage (so still on the flight)
a few kilos wont hurt the plane , but an uncivilized act or attitude is a black sheep to the company's good name or country .

So far I've also been using direct debit from Maybank2u to avoid convenience fee and no problem yet.

And yea, regarding the cabin luggage. I think passengers should be more responsible with how much you carry as well. There's a reason why they impose this rule and we as passengers shouldn't complain that much since we are not in the airline business and we know nuts about cabin safety. I would say the airline company have all the rights to refuse an overweight cabin luggage.

Quite recent actually. I've done 3 bookings this year, 2 done during promotion period around February and one more few weeks ago regular ticket price.
All went smoothly without any problems with direct debit.

Why want to board first    I don't see any advantage being the early group of passengers to board the plane ? Instead I can see a lot of disadvantages.

So got place to put my hand carry luggage. Or else might need to put further away if the flight is full.

For flights to Japan/Haneda after the tsunami/earthquake - anyone can share their experience if they manage to get a refund/credit/rescheduled date.
I have a booking for 15th June, so far from my emails they are only allowing those that travel by 15th may to reschedule or get a "credit shell" (how does this credit shell work ? Got expiry ?)
Due to radiation reports I asked for a full refund but was rejected. I had hoped that airasia would be more sensible.... Obviously not.
Anywhere I can complain ?

Thanks for your update. I did not call the RM1.95 hotline but the response from my emails to Airasiax did not mention full refund. You sure they mentioned full refund  or credit your account for future use.

Bloody hell, I'm travelling to Korea and I realize they have increased check-in luggage fees to be so expensive! Used to be RM15 for 15kg, then RM20, RM30, now RM 45!!!! What the heck! And for domestic, used to be RM5, then RM10, RM20, now RM25!

If No AA, you cant travel to Korea. If that amount you said expensive, please don't bring luggage for check in. Easy right?

7kg mana cukup for travel to Korea? It's excessive la their charges, they will be losing customers soon....nowadays their tickets also much more expensive than last time, can start looking for other airlines.....

Hey can't I say anything? Is this a communism/dictatorship? And increase of 500% for the luggage fees is not a problem for you? How much more should it increase before people can complain? Or maybe you prefer if you have to pay to use the toilet? In case you haven't noticed, AA flights are now more expensive in general than Jetstar or Tiger. FYI, I'll use full commercial airlines if they keep increasing the extra charges, no need for you to suggest it.

Btw, I don't need AA to travel to Korea, there are lots of other airlines that I can choose to fly....

I just went to the airport to CHANGE my flight DATES/TIMES. However, I wasn't charged a single cent. Anyone know why? I was very prepared to pay, but the attendant kept saying that I don't have to pay anything! My booking is now confirmed on the new date in the system.

Is this normal? If yes, what's the rules and regulations? If it's not normal, WOW! I SAVED A LOT OF MONEY! Please tell me this is a MIRACLE

The backpacker backpacks clearly don't fit. To me AAX is reasonable if they see a normal laptop backpack but push your luck and you'll be asked to pay. Simple as that.

i just upgraded my luggage to 60KG(both me and my friend), now i realize my luggage is 65-70KG(after try to get the weight in Hotel) . Sigh.....

If the handcarry is <7KG , then i have to move some to my hand carry. Since you guys said nowadays it is so strict. i am thinking to post it back to Malaysia from Taiwan....
