Approximately a dozen police reports passed to the inspector (thanks to all victims who PM me)...

Also there are procedures to follow ... and once the police clamp down on Chan Wai Hou... there is no escape.

If u want to adopt proper 'black style' ways of getting this guy caught, what you should do is this.

After police report (MUST ALWAYS MAKE FIRST!!)

1. Get his Picture & Address (DONE)
2. Make a A4 Leaflet with his picture & details

e.g.

ONE OF YOUR NEIGHBOURS IS A CONMAN OF OVER RMXX,XXXX!!!

OVER X POLICE REPORTS MADE!


IF SPOTTED CALL POLIS NOW!!!

Go photostat 500 copies. Distribute around his area. Repeat.

This will shame him and challenge the cops to actually do something, cos definitely SOMEONE will call up.

I have seen this happen in my housing area before. And it worked, cos the police turned up in a few days after the leaflet was distributed and dragged off the culprit, after that no news though!


DO NOT UNLESS LAST RESORT:

1. Pour Red paint, etc (This is something, noob hai money collector only will do. Pro will shame, confront and get the money back.)
2. Whack him upside down, etc
