itu pasal, take things slowly, u cant build stamina overnight, do longer periods of walking/jogging, and stress urself from time to time, increase the stressing variations as you get comfortable.

Talking about stamina reminds me of when I'm super fat ball
jog 3 min aledi out of breath
then soon extend to 30 min
then 30 min x 3 + toning

so true
now i drop to 15 min of walking

btw, jogging is bad for knee
nowadays i walk + walk fast but with gradient
sweating + heartrate for weight loss
then toning
when i reach 80KG then i start muscle building icon_rolleyes.gif

why wait till 80kg only start muscle building? maintain ur cardio and bring in weight training la. eat protein.

provided u dont bring in junk food, and eat right, and provided you work , you'd still lose the weight and build the muscle. and the weight gain would be muscle mass

alex u got alot of work to do man haha.. u need to reduce ur fats to like very low but then when u start building muscle u gotta eat alot.. really important.. need to watch ur diet.. alot of hardwork
