Talking about stamina reminds me of when I'm super fat ball jog 3 min aledi out of breath then soon extend to 30 min then 30 min x 3 + toning

alex u got alot of work to do man haha.. u need to reduce ur fats to like very low but then when u start building muscle u gotta eat alot.. really important.. need to watch ur diet.. alot of hardwork
