you want increase stamina, best way is to do cardio, jog, run, swim, whatever it is. best is to go on a treadmill or a bike. keep increasing ur variations as you get comfortable

u run 15 mins, how about u try walking?
walk for 30 mins, and for every 10 mins, u let urself run for 2 -3 mins? just to stress ur heart a little. if u want strength , u do short variations, heavy stress, if u want stamina , u do longer works, less stress.

trust me, she wont overtrain it, ure not doing squats at the gym, ure just running, and besides, she wont be eating meat like mad, technically she cant get muscle bulging thighs. and considering she is just going to go for 30 minute jogs, it can tone her muscle , but not possible to build bigger ones
