u know.. i like lifting but everytime i reach the power rack for squats.. i just feel u might as well kill me lah.. that exercise is HELL and feels like hours even though it's just for minutes.. and each set demotivates me exponentially

In myn opinion, no motivation is needed they boost you up they bring you down best is to set a target and work towards it divert your wants to needs you want to get great shape you need to workout simple logic

haha.. i wish squats never existed but it's the core of bodybuilding T_T
it's not about the post-recovery im worried about .. but the moment itself is demmm suffering.. stamina problem mayb : p cuz i felt like my heart couldn't take it sometimes hahaha
