u know.. i like lifting but everytime i reach the power rack for squats.. i just feel u might as well kill me lah.. that exercise is HELL and feels like hours even though it's just for minutes.. and each set demotivates me exponentially

best is to set a target and work towards it
divert your wants to needs
you want to get great shape
you need to workout

its difficult, but its worth it. trust me, even if ur thighs goes on to sore for a few days, the feeling of pulling it off, is amazing. lol

haha.. i wish squats never existed but it's the core of bodybuilding T_T

it's not about the post-recovery im worried about .. but the moment itself is demmm suffering.. stamina problem mayb : p cuz i felt like my heart couldn't take it sometimes hahaha

usually i'd say, get a pt for a month of 2 just to help with the start, it's worth it.

dont be crazy and go all honey and oat only, ur body needs energy and it needs to replenish everything that is lost during ur cardios. u can eat ur burgers and fries, but be prepared to work as hard as u eat, thats all
